I made a booking on Ibibo on 10 july. For this booking I was to get Rs. 250 as cashback. I called atleast 20 times for same issue but not getting ant response. Atleast 5 of their agent promised me to call back me in 1 hr with detail of the issue but they never called me back.

In the name of cashback they are doing fraud, just to divert customer to their website. When it comes to pay back the cash they become mute with no answer....

As the schedule timings was changed, so one of the air asia
Agent committed a false statement that if i cancel the flight then

But later on, the air asia team denied by stating that it was an

Let me start by saying that i am a very frequent customer of Goibibo for both Hotels and Flights and you ensured that i will never do any booking from your website again. I had never expected such a sub-standard service from such a renowned website.

Goa - pune bus (rs590 per seat) dated 15/08/2016 cancelled. they simply run the same bus at the same timing by simply running the changing the bus name online at a higher price (rs[protected] per seat).
No alternate arrangement.
Money still not refunded for 2 tickets.
They refund money for 4 ticket after continuous follow up.

We have booked 6 ticket @ rs590.00 x 6 = rs3540.00 (approx).

Hi team,

I checked with goibibo multiple times, regarding the cashback on transaction done on 08/30/2016. Customer care agents and supervisor misguided me by saying that the other agents do not have sufficient information & i need to check with the bank. I checked with bank & they informed me that the cashback has not been processed from goibibo, so hdfc liaised with goibibo multiple times.

I have ordered a bus from delhi to lucknow. I have payed money for ac leyland sleeper bus but when i reached their the people of kalpana travels told me to sit in a normal type ac bus which even don't have a proper seats and good ac. I also didn't get the seat i selected. They were filling their bus like normal seater and in this i got the last seat. I payed more to travel in ac seater leyland luxury bus but didn't get it.

I cancelled the hotel booking and that time i was told i will get the refund but didn't got it. They don't disclose the details while booking and misguide by their question answer section. These guys are just behind earning money and not at all focusing on customer support. Its totally irresposible behaviour towards consumer. Won't recommend go ibibo to any one now...

I had booked a bus ticket on 23 Oct 2016 at 12:00pm and it went failed redirected to a error page in website says my ticket is not booked.
Then I had booked train ticket for my journey.

Ha ha shame on Goibibo and redbus the leading bus tickets booking websites. They are paying salaries for customer executives who doesn't know there company names other than URL names.

As I was booked ticked from Bangalore to tirupathi on 12 oct 2016 10.10pm. It's raining heavily at my bus boarding point(near madiwala P.S). I called up operator at around 10.14pm due to no response from operator he asked me to come 1km from there...

I am host on goibibo, I have two villas in goa which I have hosted, however I dont get any assitance from the business development manager regarding the status of my listing, on which page is my villa, how to increase bookings, I had agreed for 25% sharing still my property is not in any marketing initiatives
