Totally fraud

Please do not purchase in kalyan jewellery, otherwise before buying please compare with other shop like GRT, etc.. kalyan is the totally cheating our money no value to purchase. Especially do not join in gold chit. Mr.prabu(actor) do not use the ward நம்பிக்கை(truth) for kalyan for stomach filling. We are regular customers of Kalyan Jewellerssince last 1 year. We made lot of purchases from South Ex Branch, New Delhi. We were getting satisfactory service from them.Almost the whole staff was so cooperative that they pursued us to buy a 6 monthly scheme of depositing Rs 5, 000/- per month. Worst Customer Service ever!!

My Friend Bought a Mangalsutra from Kalyan Jwellers Magarpatta Pune. It was in 2 pieces just after couple of hrs of purchase. We went for replacing of Mangalsutra thinking it as manufacturing defect. To my surprise the Staff was so rude to us. They were not ready to accept their mistake and were blaming us for not handling the Mangalsutra properly. Also they claimed that "if you buy cheap stuff this will happen" and "people here are not gentlemen".....

Gold card expired without any prior intimation

I have purchased jewellery of around 80 thousand rupees and i was issued a gold card which can be used as a discount/cashback for the next purchase.
In gold card the amount is 800rs. And when i wanted to purchase the gold with this card in new delhi branch, they rejected it to accept this gold card, as they claimed that, card is expired.

Bangle and necklace with killing make charge

Hilarious making charge..Purchased a bangle and necklace with net weight 34.980...Which costs only a metal charge of Rs.94446.00 ( 2700 /GM ). But the gross total amount is 110823.55..( excluding VAT)See the difference in making charge..It would be tolerable if the model is having such kind of making charge.. Herewith attaching the models..Never expected such a bad experience from this most trustworthy jewellery (not now)......

Complaining about my engagement ring

Fraudulent collection of advance for purchase of gold

Cheating in chitfund scheam

Pathetic customer service, exorbitant making charges

I visited Kalyan in ayurveda college jn in Trivandrum and returned disappointed due to following reasons.
1. Had to wait 15 minutes for a salesman to attend us. No sizeable crowd in shop!

2. We took 20 mins to choose a chain and stud for my niece, total 20.1 g. The total cist came to 64500 including 25% making charge on stud and 20 % on chain. This is unreasonable

3. We may have still baught the jewellery...

11 Months Gold Purchase Scheme

On Novemeber 2015, i had visited Kalyan Jewellers, Mangalore branch to buy a gold bracelet however ended up purchasing the same and in this process they forced us to join the gold scheme of 11 months where in they told us that we will be charged at less than 5% for the making charge of our gold scheme purchase and that we can buy anytime after the scheme finishes.

Chit cheating

We were not initially aware about kalyan chit cheatings. We opened chit in kalyan last year 11 months scheme as 1 month premium bonus. As 11 months got completed we went to close chit and puchase jewel. But they told there no such scheme last year which is a complete lie and only 8% discount for chit holders.
