It is the worst customer services i have ever seen with executives with wrong promises of dates. 1st executive said there is no embose charges. Then he said 30dhm charges. Again thy said after embosing we will tell how much it will cost. Then they promised we will get the embose done in 1 day. Now they say almost 1 week. Wrong commitments!!! Worrrrrrrrrrst. Especialy the way executive talks carelessly without apologising is a bad experience...

undue delay in repairing a diamond ring

customer dissatisfaction

I had visited kalyan jewellers mg road ernakumam today 7th september 2017. Had to purchase a hand ring and few bangles. Due to the extra large size requirement they had very limited options. ecs debit mandate stoppage confirmation

I took a scheme (Dhanvarsha) of 10000/- month debit from kalyan store of pitampura with ecs mandate. Ecs could be processed only after 3 months claiming they were supposed to take one more signatures.. Which they failed to take. Now my tenure of debit is over in august 17 and i am asking it should not debit in sep.. They are not able to confirm. For each work 100 times follow up.. Very poor resonse and action...

Refund not made after cancelling gold bracelet order

Poor customer service and misbehavior by counter service people

Scheme wise purchase facility complaint

We had purchased scheme wise gold. We have completed 11 months of payment and now we are in the 14th month and when we requested why there is delay in delivery. They have informed you have not given instructions for delivery which you should have done in the 8th month

Used mangalsutra sold and staff rude on complaining about it
