Sir,
On dated 18th July I have visited at City Center, Gwalior Branch where I met to shri Abhinav Shukla, Cluster Manager.He refused to give the statement of the Loan Account 02601178. Also when I am asked about complaint book/suggestion book then he abusing me and insolence and said there is no suggestion/complaint book is available in the branch and slo said "Get Out from here".
I ma so afraid from his behaviour and also...

Amount debited and not credited to Muthoot

Part amount paid through imuthoot app for Rs.3000 on 8th July"22.. From my account it was debited and and in the muthoot app it still shows as initiated.. when I visit branch to recover my jewel they said amount not credited hence i need to wait 7 days to know the status.. there is no proper response as well.. I have shared my successfull transcation ID for that payment but still they are not accepting it.. who will bare the interest for...

Wrong gold loan showing against my name

Change in interest rate

My interest is doubled without my permission, took gold loan two months before @0.57 now the interest is 1.16..

Resolve my issue in Muthoot Finance, my loan account is traceless against my gold

I got a loan from Muthoot Finance against my gold in 22/10/2020 in Purnia, Bihar
Due to some urgent family issue, I'm in out of station for a long time for serious Medical issues that's why I'm not able to pay the interest money to the company. So I think that's why I can't able to see my loan status.
So I kindly request 🙏you to please resolve my issue...

Gold loan Trichy

Iam a regular customer of Muthoot..yesterday when I went to pay interest for my loans..they over charged me and never gave details about the payments. I feel iam cheated and demanded clarity on the charges but no one gave..had sent a mail to them too.....

Unauthorized gold loan charges

Noc claiming

I have foreclosed the two wheeler loan to muthoot finance. I am asking NOC to transfer the ownership, they are saying we dont know when it will come. And also now they are asking extra money to transfer ownership without NOC.
They are wantedly delaying the NOC and making us to pay extra money to transfer the RC...

Incorrect Late ECS Payments impacting CIBIL

My CIBIL is highly impacted as muthoot has wrongly provided late payments status from JULY 2021 to FEB 2022 for loan number 19003280.

All the EMI were deducted on 5th of each month still i used to get calls for EMI not cleared as Muthoot had internal issues where they were not able to fetch EMI details. This impacted for me as they reported it as late payment even if they had issues on their end and they were not able to view...
