It's really sad to write such thing about a big online brand likmyntra. It's been 5yrs m an elite customer (As they say) purchasing from myntra. Bt frm last month they r overcharging me 149 rupees extra per product as delivery chrg under their fare policy rule by saying that i return multiple times hence m also not allowed to use cash on delivery benefit. I had ordered 2 jeans, a top and 1 eyebrow pencil from myntra and they have given me a wrong product delivery (A useless men's trackpant) for the top and they claim to have delivered all the rest products to me. I had bought roadster watch from myntra. The product looked cheap so i raised a return request. And today i got the message saying that the product has failed quality test as the strap is damaged. Which i don’t how it happened and they refused to share the images due to privacy policy. I have been buying products from myntra and this is seriously disappointing.

On the day the product was delivered, mytra app was initially unable to proceed with return and then forcefully added some points to account and removed option to exchange or return. The customer care also refused to accept complain and said they couldn't return the product even when it was requested on the same day. Hi as expected delivery date is 14th of Nov but got delivered early how can i check both size if it is not available on right time because of marriage is at 15th Nov.

Now when I'm trying to return the 42 size i, m unable to return it.

Please do needful to return this product

If the product is delivered early how am i responsible for it I'll live in Kochi and i came to annatapur keeping excepeted...

I have ordered anouk kurta set from myntra. I received a wrong product in place of that. So i submitted a request for return. But return was also approved. Complaint no. Is in[protected]. But the product has not been picked up yet despite return has been approved. The wrong product which i got is of very bad quality. It was my worst experience in myntra. My exchange option blocked.l accidentally collected insider point.i didn't know such things happen.worst experience with myntra.they are cheating consumers trust.my money lost.when i contacted myntra customer service they said they can't do anything.please help.

I'd ordered hubberholme navy blue joggers from myntra, and it is written that it's price is 471 rupees, but when i received my order, its written 621 on the parcel and the delivery boy had taken all the money, and when i asked myntra for refund, they simply refused, and when i asked them that i will return my parcel, they told me that i will not get all 621 rupees..

The product i put it for exchange, mistakenly gave back to delivery agent with other return product. When other delivery agent came for exchange the product, he is asking for product to be exchanged. I am not able to return 3 of the products that were ordered just because of the myntra points that were added to my account.
It is unacceptable as there was no pop up with the information that we wouldnt be able to return/exchange items incase we collect the myntra points.
And moreover, no idea on whats this myntra points all about!

I dont care about the myntra points.
I want the products...
