fraud and misrepresentation

complaint regarding return of a dress

I have collected myntra insider points for a product by mistake and then i was unable to return a dress. I asked them to take away the points and provide the option to return the dress but they redused.. For 9 points i was unable to return a dress of 950 rupees. Who asked them to give those points? If they provide points for shopping there must be a facilty to take away points for returning. I wanted to place the return request the same day...

my myntra credit expired

today I received the packet of wings bluetooth earphone in a very bad condition

Sorry to say but it was my first bad experience from myntra. I have been a very regular buyer from this online site but today i really felt bad and cheated. I don't know who's mistake it is??? refund of my dress is not initiated in my bank account yet

ordered adidas and received with adidas tag and bar code
