Driver Cheated me//// Mini CRN7349623150

Hello Ola Team/Nodal Officer/Grievance cell Team,

The driver cheated me as he dropped me at the location but did not end the trip and he went to some other location using my booking, i got an excess amount of bill. Never accepting this kind of cheating.

You can check on your side that the locations are two different ones, which have booked another cab for the ride to go to my home and the ride ended location...

Ola is charging me twice for same ride

Ear OLA,

i want to write a complain about my ride on date: 02/04/2023, ride id: CRN[protected], total payment to made was Rs 623 and i have done the payment in cash to the driver ravi kumar, Rs 500 note plus other change of Rs 123 to his UPI no. and in attach photo you can find the documented evidence for the same with name OLA ride_02042023.

Harassment calls and blackmailing

The team Ola continuously doing harrasment calls and sending blackmailing message for outstanding amount. I registered complaint to their support team for being overly charged and different route but they didn't even care but now the team start doing Harrassment calls to me, the call starts from morning 9am to 10 pm more than 10-15 calls every day. They even start doing WhatsApp call every day apart normal calls, this is so frustrating....

I paid cash but my payment is still pending in the app

I had taken a ride from airport to mathikere, bengaluru on 29th Apr 10:20 pm the bill was 948 but the driver took 1000 rs cash from me, and yet he didn't update it in the app, now I cant take an ola rode Until i pay it again...

Taken loan on my name

50000 loan taken from Aditya Birla FL
I have ola postpaid limit of of 3000 and i am not using ola postpaid from many months
But ola has tagged my name to Aditya Birla FL to a loan of 50000 and remaining balance showing 2Rs and This is reflecting on my credit report in CIBIL as negative account.. i request you to clear that 2Rs also because its effecting my cibil score.....

Postpaid Bill Charged Even After Paying Cash to the Driver

Regarding the postpaid bill charged to me by Ola for last two rides, even though I had paid the fare in cash to the driver at the end of the ride. This is not the first time this has happened, and I have already sent several emails to Ola support team regarding the same issue. No refund for excess charge

I have taken a ola ride from BLR airport to my residence on 8th April. The Ola app on my mobile did not show the ride cost after the trip, but it showed 1243 on drivers app and I paid the amount. My ride fare was Rs. 134 but driver took Rs. 200 from me in Cash and did not said a thing.

I took a ride from Dwarka mor, Delhi to D21 Corporate Park Dwarka Delhi.
Pickup time 9:15 AM and drop time 9:40 AM. Date 11/05/2023.

My ride fare was Rs. 134. But the driver said you need to pay Rs. 200 and I paid him and left as I was in hurry for my office. Now I am calling the driver but he is not responding even after multiple calls.

Neither any help from OLA support system it is ridiculous app of...

Amount already paid , yet shows outstanding amount

I booked a cab to travel from the airport to my college via the OLA app. I opted for the online payment mode and paid the driver an amount of 1376 Rs through PAYTM

Double charges

This is regarding the ride on May 1 2023,
I paid 132 for the trip to driver through gpay but still got charged in ola postpaid.
This is not the frst time.The same happened with me last year for which I raised so many tickets by mailing ola support but nothing worked I ended up paying that money to avoid the calls and texts.when I called customer care they didn't respond properly. The worst customer care I have ever come accross....
