Bad 😕 It seems that Ola Cabs / ANI Technologies has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
On 10th April I took Ola cab from Electronic city to Lalbagh (cRN - [protected]). the bill was 512. I paid through phonepe and it was successful but still driver said he did not receive it. then after some arguments app started showing that pay to driver in cash. hence I paid him in cash. he said Ola will reverse the phonepe payment. till today Ola did not reverse the payment. Ola support did not call me even after raising support tickets....
