Unable to pay the ride dues in Ola app in any mode, but late payment charges added and getting frequent calls to clear dues.

I am using Ola for lots of time and paid lots of cab charges. Now just for Rs.288 unable to clear the dues. Tried all the options with app and online. It doesnt go to next payment page ta all. Requested Ola support too. No resolution yet to clear the dues. Already late fees are getting added. Now after mailing they just waived the late fees for few days alone. Again it's going to get added in next 2 days. But getting multiple calls continuously...

Cash payment not updated by cab driver

Blacklist this cab and cab driver as he is taking money In cash from customers and then not updating in Ola app. And ola is not supporting to customers in cash payment....

Yesterday evening i booked a ola auto and in the end of the ride i paid the driver directly to his phonepe account, but in ola app it shows the amount is outstanding and i am unable to book any other rides . Please resolve my issue ....

Not taking the route suggested by passenger & ineffective monitoring of Ola Cab services

The vehicle was different from that was mentioned in the Ola app in my mobile. But the driver accepted the OTP and it was validated too.

The driver refused to go through other arterial road and avoid using Sea link wherin I wanted to avoid paying toll. He said going in the way I said would entail him delay and asked me to get down half the way if I insist going through Mahim / Sidhi Vinayak.

Charged more money than shown on app.

I am a educationist and ethical village farmer. I and family use Ola cab occasionally when we travel to cities. I always pay auto or taxi ride by our google pay or cash. Account blocked,wrong billing,no response

This is with response to wrongful billing for my ride.I had booked an ola auto from x school Kalyan to "Y"for which fare shown was 104 rs.I was dropped at that location.Some time later, extra 76 rs is automatically deducted from my Paytm wallet and dropped destination I showing as ambernath.

Spam calls and data sharing

I've been receiving spam robotic calls marked from Ola and it has been interrupting my day and my work. It starts from 8 am and ends at 12 am. It has been really frustrating and each number I keep blocking but I get calls from different numbers every time.

Please stop sharing our data with third party. This is equivalent to you guys sharing it with China. Kindly get this trouble off me or I might stop using the app. Not that...

Unable to use ola money wallet amount for any ride though having sufficient balance in wallet.

Recently I updated my mobile number in ola after which my ola postpaid got disabled and also I am unable to use my ola money wallet balance for any ride, while selecting the option as ola money wallet it's always asking to add money in wallet and the it's showing the balance as Rs 0 though my wallet has Rs 861.Though I have sent mail to ola support team but still didn't get any resolution from them.
