It will not be under warranty but i want it to get repaired from philips technician only rather than some some guy. I'm complaining about the philips steam iron 1900 series

I'm complaining about the Philips steam iron 1900 series and its model number is GC1905.
It is under warranty period of two years. Iron plates do not provide heating properly due to some problem inside it.

faulty philips led tv and worst customer support

There are black shadow on the screen and the same issues from last 4 years. Tv is under extended warranty. First year it was free but now they are charging 2000. 4 times they have repaired it but issue is still there. Now from last 3 weeks tv is in workshop and they are kept asking for more days. Purchased the above product from ambience mall Vasant Kunj (store id- A042) recently. On first opening I tried the dry grinder to grind coriander seeds. The machine made extraordinary noise and it didn’t grind. The blades seem to be blunt. We went back to return the product to Chroma store expecting them to either refund or replace the faulty machine. But they refused to do so saying that the product is opened.
