I have a Philips '55PFL5059' Model LED TV. This has 5 years of warranty. Please check the attached document with warranty and invoice.

This TV is not working for a long time and we have raised several requests to Philips customer care. Service people could not fix the TV so finally, customer care is offering 30% money back for the TV. That is unacceptable. We need an equivalent replacement of the full amount refund.

I bought an LED TV Model:42PFL7977/V7 AX in February, 2014. Unfortunately in March, 2015, the Mother Board IC card failed. I have been requesting via e-mail (philips.[protected]@pemail.in) for Philips India to send Quotations so that they can sale me this part no.[protected]. Three times they have turned down my request to say you are in Zambia we only handle those based in India....

Hi, my complaint #ban[protected] for my tv is still not resolved for about 3 months now. The tv is with your authorised service centre. Whenever i contact them, they keep telling me that the part replacement is pending from philips warehouse. Is this is the kind of warranty service you promise to your loyal customers. Philips india service centre and digi 1 electronic store in bhiwandi, thane is not taking appropriate action to check iron.
Complaint booked at digi 1 electronic store on 2nd may 2019 till now there is no response from philips india.
Digi 1 executive also not competent to provide service visit from philps company.
Very poor service provided from digi 1 electronic store bhiwandi and philips company....
