Term Insurance Features incorrectly explained by Policy Bazaar Agent

Car insurance policy details are not delivered

I purchased a Personal Accidental cover and Car Insurance policy online on June 22, 2021. I had received the PA policy details, and still did not get my car insurance policy details.

I am frustrated with calling customer service many times and raising concerns in the portal also, everything gone to waste and no solution for the past 26 days.

Money taken but not issued the Policy

THis is worst thing and support from Policy Bazar that i have to cancel my policy, as They took money four months back but not issued the policy, everytime coming up with new requirments, which were not shared by their executive while selling the policy. now they are asking for more money for the same sum assured or there will be reduction in the sum assured.
have been asking their executives to refund my money but they are not doing...

Two wheeler Insurance premium debited, but didn't receive the policy.
My insurance policy for two wheeler is to expire on 6th July. So I used policybazaar to book a new insurance policy with Bajaj Allianz. However when I tried paying through Google pay, the money got deducted, however I didn't receive the policy and it's showing as if I haven't paid the policy premium....

By Mistake done 2 wheeler insurance for different vehicle, so requested to cancel the insurance policy, but policy bazaar persons, informed to take another new policy and provide it for cancelling wrong policy. I have done as per their instruction, after submitting new policy, no status update provided on my cancellation request. Very poor service at customer care....
