Why impose penalty of your order #[protected] has been cancelled. A cancellation fee of rs. 60.5 will be added to your next order. This totally wrong my address is correct and you company kill my time and mood very bed experience...

Order #[protected] was canceled by swiggy due to unavailability of food, after 70 minutes of order, aprox 10:40 pm. And offer 100 rupee coupon for next order, its applicable only cod,
But swiggy blocked cod option from my account, & there is no any valid contact no provided by swiggy.
And other numbers are valid with new orders only.
On help section there is no response of executives & they close chat by self.

I had ordered from swiggy on 20th july yesterday at 10pm but the order was not delivered to me it was cancelled by the delivery boy himself once then again i had placed the same order it was again picked and again cancelled after i had a chat with swiggy i was told that the road is blocked due to heavy rain thats why the delivery boy was not able to come to address so it was cancelled.

I've ordered items from dominos, order i'd is [protected] from dominos manesar to sec 1 manesar.
After half an hour status is shown as delivered but i didn't receive the items at all. When i talk to swiggy exercutives they keep on giving me the numbers to call. When i asked for the refund they are closing conversation.

My name is priyankaa jain. We are jain and pure vegetarian. I have ordered veg biryani through swiggy and i recieved non veg biryani from the restaurant ohh dilli veg. I am furious now as my home is smelling very badly and we vomited when we see non veg food infront of our eyes.
I really want strict action on this. I want compensate and strict action on an urgent basis.

Order was made on 8th july of amount rs 560 but the food was not good so the swiggy initiated a refund. But now it's 20th july and the amount hasn't reflected in my bank account till yet. They say they have refunded the amount but no progress has been made till now. They usually say the amount gets back to the credit source in 4-5 days but i'm helpless now......

I had placed an order on the 11th of july, 2019 (Order #[protected]). That ordered was not delivered to me. I was promised a refund on that day by the customer executive. Till now i haven't received my refund. I have complained it twice still the refund was not even initiated.

On 13th july i placed an order somewhere around 10:50 in night. I waited for the order but i got a call from swiggy ccr that your order will be delivered as the order is not yet confirm by restaurant due to some technical issue. On which my point is that’s not my problem. It is showing open on the app, i ordered now its your responsibility to get it delivered.
That day i got a numerous all calls from swiggy requesting me to cancel...

On my app it showed a refund of rs.275/- but i was refunded only rs138/-. I got a sms that rs137/- is deducted for wrong address however the address is correct but swiggy delivery guy declined to deliver to my address. Swiggy representatives are misquoting that delivery guy reached some other address however, in my order details my delivery address is very clear....

This is uttermost non-sense service by swiggy.. Today is my husband's birthday.. And hence i had ordered a cake with a special instruction that "happy birthday love" should be written on the cake and also candles to be given along with the cake... But to my surprise when i received the cake... Nothing was written on it... It was just a blank cake...
If swiggy can't take an order for a cake appropriately, then i believe they should...

I ordered pizza from swiggy today and it never reached. On top of it. They marked it delivered and now they want me to wait for 7-10 days for a refund. This isn’t happening for the first time. This is becoming a routine for them. I ordered from swiggy site and they gave me two numbers to resolve issue which do not work. I am not getting a refund and i certainly couldn’t get what i ordered. I don’t know what to do....

It more of a suggestion than a complaint... being one of the biggest food delivery company’s in the worlds second largest populated country i congratulate the company on its achievements.. But can Swiggy please contribute towards the nature the dying planet and come up with a solution for single use plastic or organic packaging. Please help us save our planet...

I had ordered on July 18, 2019 (7:25 p.m. IST) from Ovenstory, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. It was already paid. 40 minutes after the order, the delivery guy called and rudely asked me to cancel my order since the restaurant was already closed since 7:27 p.m. (2 minutes after my order was placed and paid for). He then said that my order could not be delivered bcause apparently, there was another division within the restaurant which prepared that...
