I placed an order and it showed a different amt at the first page after applying promo code and the amt got changed at the payment gateway.
This is not happening for the first time and has happened previously as well.
I have been a regular customer but this is really pathetic from your end.
To top that the customer service is a big time fail at this.

For 3 of my orders from swiggy i have not received refund.

I witnessed recently a guy with a swiggy overcoat and swiggy bag riding a two wheeler he was totally drunk and under the influence of alcohol that he fell of his bike and was sleeping in slush by the road side, i am petrified to think what if this person had to be conducting deliveries at places where there are people of the opposite sex, i suggest swiggy take frequent alcometer tests of all employees atleast once every two hours on a mandatory...

I am a super member of swiggy for a very long time now. I really wonder if this if this complaint will be ever resolved cause my past experience has been very terrible, annoying with the all that i have interacted with so far in customer service.

I have purchased the veggie sandwich from subway priced at 135(with taxes) as a parcel however Swiggy is charging the same sandwich with same ingredients for 175(excluding taxes and packing charges).
Why no one has ever contacted me regarding this. Why is swiggy overcharging their super members? Why can they not charge as per the rate which the restaurant selling price. If they are looking for profits then they need to deal...

Your delivery boys of malegaon city maharashtra are so voulgur. They don't even know how to respect customers and how to interact with customers. You really have to teach your delivery boys how to respect customers while giving them delivery. Train them about there attitude and behaviour at the time of delivery. Otherwise surely your popularity in the surely will decrease. I hope you will concern my advise.
