I booked a flight from travolook website on 25 oct and I received an email saying your booking has been cancelled due to operational reason and money will be initiated within 10 to 25 working days excluding holidays. It been more than 3 months now I haven't received my refund yet every time I call on their helpline no. They say you refund has been failed from merchants end and it will take 5 to 7 days more. After 30 mins booking the ticket call from company and told me your ticket was canceled
And your refund amount will be on same amount with in 7-10 working days
15working day completed but till now my amount did not got
I raised the complain to national consumer court also...
