I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill using wbsedcl/Billdesk gateway via GPay. Money is debited from my bank account and shows completed in GPAY, but Payment status shows payment not yet done in WBSEDCL portal. No confirmation message is delivered in registered mobile also. I have enclosed the transaction details for reference as well.
Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

Paid bill ammount 1387 on 7 may, but got reversal the value 13may late night 2022. Now I have to pay late fine without rebate and online discount. I don't want to pay fine due to WBSEDCL problem. Either server prob or whatever there prob are. Mainly Vidyut sahayogi app is truely pathetic. Need a solution asap....
