I request to customer care to reshedule the flight but they booked with wrong timings.

I request from 25th to 30 march same timings evening 6.50pm and customer care agree on this and they send me the link of payment of difference amount. I paid the same.

But they booked morning timings 7.45am.

Now they are not resolving the issue.

Very bad experience i faced....

I had cancelled round trip tickets from delhi to chennai on the 24th february 2020 within the cancellation 7 day prior to the flight criteria for full refund, but i haven't received anything yet. When i try to contact the customer service number, it's constantly busy and ecommerce email id is not responding to my emails. Air india please update me regarding the status of my refund as soon as possible please....

I mrs arpita roy and daughter sanskriti roy booked ticket in ai-821 jammu srinagar which scheduled time was 1300 hrs on 14 mar 20, however, the flight moved out at 1240 h despite we have reported at 1205 hrs check in counter. But we were told that flight is already departed at 1240. And neither any refund nor any assistance given by air india. It was further told that director doesn’t come saturday and sunday once i wanted to talk to him....

It was refundable tickets, however while cancelling the same the refund amount is only reflecting as rs953 (I had paid 11886 while booking). Cancellation charges cannot be 10000 rupees right? Firstly i booked 2 tickets flying on the 18 th feb from goa to mumbai (Judith vaz and sebastian fernandes) and the money was taken but never issued a ticket. I called soo many times regarding this issue from london and some of them who i spoke to was rude and unprofessional. During ticket booking, i selected wheel chair service also. But when my mom asked to air india staff to give wheel chair facility they are saying that there are no wheel chair service written on ticket. I booked the ticket from air india web site and paid 10000 rupees extra. If i was booking the ticket from other website i could save 10000 rupees.

1. I had ticket with ticket no.[protected] and pnr no z14pf, from del to sxr on 12 jan 20.

2. Due to a bad weather condition, ticket had cancelled by concerned agency.. On 13 jan 20 a fresh electronic ticket was issued by airindia which copy is attached below, was also cancelled by same agency for same reason.

3. Refund amount has not generated till now approx 3400 rs.

On 20 february 2020 have my father traveling with me who needed wheelchair.
When i went to the wheelchair counter i was asked 3 times to go here and there by different staff members and all the wheelchair staff members were sitting and no help at all
At last i had to tell to get the staff ready.
I don't think anyone who is capable of walking by their own would...
