network not working on mobile phone

I have issue regarding network. I am very much irritated for your very poor network. So please do something. And also problem to file complaint on your your airtel complaint box, seems that u do not want to make complaint on your portal. Tried to contact your gurgoan office but nobody picking up phone. How consumer reach to you for resolve their grievances.

deduction of amount for specialized service without intimation.

Sir, my mobile phone number [protected] is prepaid one and in the name of specialized service (Assisted doctor service). You have started deducting rs. 49/- per week starting from 19/12/2017. After repeated failed contact with your airtel customer care, i am fade-up with your bogus cheating the customer system. Immediately revert my forty nine rupees and never deduct any such amount in the name of some specialized service from my prepaid amount....

my recharge

According to your customer care advisor validity for 399 recharge was for 28 days.. At time of recharge on 19th october i got a confirmation message that this pack is valid for 84 days.. From 19th october 28 days means this pack should have been expired on 15th november then y it was valid upto 20th november. Not happy with service provided. Very angry...

did not get cash back

I have recharged my airtel mobile no. [protected] using airtel payment bank, and as the offers available i am availing 50% cashback (Max. Rs.75) of the recharged amount.

I have done a recharge of rs.100 on 18 november 2017 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

Please provide my benefit....

for a new sim in my old airtel number which got deactivated

New sim needed with old sim number which got deactivated a year ago.. Plz inform me as soon as possible.. Its from karnataka i took the sim.. Since i was in dubai i was not using and it got deactivated.. The number is [protected]... I hope will get the reply soon.. I like to take a new sim in that number if it is still available... broadband connection rejected airtel broadband after taking money

I had applied for airtel connection few days, i gave my photo id, address proof & rs1000 (For 60mbps with wifi router) to an executive who is working with an airtel dealer (Ravi [protected]) on 6 october 2017 and they gave me a cutomer enrollment carbon copy.

not providing product purchase bill

I bought a airtel dongle before 20 june, 2017 at location emc office, bangalore. And imei [protected]. They have not shared the dongle purchase invoice till now. Every now and then they will say airtel has sent you or today they will send you.
I have dropped the email to few people :gopal. Vittal, sbm, ceo. Direct, net, 121, sanjay. [protected]@airtel.in.

recharge unsuccessful but money debited from bank

On 20 november 2017, i made a online recharge of rs 100 but the online transaction failed. The amount was deducted from my bank amount even if the transaction failed. But the money which was debitted was neither added to my bank balance or my phone balance. The transaction id.[protected]. Add the deducted money to my airtel wallet or to my bank account. Please fix this issue soon....

broadband not deactivated since months and they are asking for payment!

After applying for a new connection (Application number rtblr7341882) on 23rd june 2017 and making 3 months payment of rs.2585/- via the website (Cheque/ ref no. 990631) they said it is not possible to activate due to technical reasons on 26th june via calls and emails. overcharging bill

outgoing calls barred without warning

Outgoing calls on my number (used for 10+ years) have been barred without any warning. There are no dues. Contacted 121 and was told that there is a "documentation issue" and I should contact Airtel office and there is no other way they can help me now. How unprofessional is this act especially since the phone is critical to my business....

airtel payment bank transaction completed in 10 days

I made a Recharge through Airtel Payment Bank on 11-Nov-2017 which failed and I got a SMS from Airtel on 12th Nov that Transaction Status will be updated by 13th Nov.

This didn’t happen.

After that I registered a complaint (No 1014163) on 17th Nov 2017 and did a follow up multiple times. I got assurance from Airtel Supervisor that amount will be refunded in 48 hrs

On 20th Nov 2017 i got a message...

mobile number not deactivated despite many requests

I have raised a few requests to deactivate my mobile number, until now my number is not deactivated and i am getting the bill every month, which i will not be able to pay the bill as they not deactivated my mobile number despite many requests. unable to do online recharge on my number
