A refund has been made by amazon on 22-feb-2020. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but bank gave no proper response. I talked to amazon customer care and they gave me the refund reference number to ensure me that it is not their fault and the bank is responsible for the refund to me. Please solve my issue.

A refund has been made by amazon on 15th of february regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Amazon se mene ek product buy kiya tha or mene use return kar diya amazon ne mujhe mera refund bhej deeya h lekin abhi tak mere account me vo refund add nhi huaa h unhone mujhe refund number bhi mail kiya tha mene bank of baroda customer care number pe call kiya to unhone mujhe shi jawab nhi deeya mera refund kab tak mere account me add honga me ye jankari chahta hu.
Mene ye payment bank of baroda ke debit card se kiya tha....
