"the reference number of the refund is -[protected]
& customer care provide me payment reference number of the refund is - pzt[protected]qi74c02
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again...

Recently tried to take out a certain amount from my atm and it processed and gave a me a transaction slip with a response code 070. I checked my account balance and it shows that correctly, any idea what could be wrong?

I tried all these atm but everywhere this error was occurring. Will my problem be solved soon?

Hi
I am trying to make a neft payment and getting a freze (Account freeze) error.
I have not been notified of any problem with the account. What is this error and why i am not notified about it?

I then tried to make a bob to bob payment. I have made payments to this account in the past.
Today i get an invalid account number error. How can this happen? It is really confusing.
Need urgent support....

1) an amount of rs 600/- has been deducted on 21/12/2019 from current account without any prior intimation. A few months ago the minimum balance was raised from rs.1000/ - to rs.3000/- with prior notice and several intimations. But this time there was no information given. So, refund of the the deducted money is requested.

2) while trying to make complaint through the online complaint portal system, everytime the system mentions...

The amount of 1352 and 1460 ₹ of refund from amazon online shopping isn’t received. Amazon claims that they refunded money respectively 16th December and 18th December. But we aren’t getting it yet.

So I request to you, please check this and in short time refund it to my bank account.

It’s been now 15 days after complain request is submitted....

Refund was iniated by the Amazon on 19 dec 2019 but till now i did not get any refund but they are keep on saying that they have iniated and also they provide me the transation id as they gave me the proff that they have initiate refund i want to know the status of my refund as soon as possible.

When i doing a transaction via google pay, phone pe, upi transactions etc... Transactions are failed or else service unavailable and mobile app is not working in saturdays and sundays... Till now i didn't see these type of banking sector and services... Every time when i do higher transactions if error gets, amount will be debited and to credit amount it takes 7-10 working days. Who will wait till 7 days if they do higher transactions......

Inspite of the failed transaction through my rupay card of bank of baroda in an axis bank atm rs.7000 were debited from my account but no cash was received. This is just about today (30/12/19). The atm screen was clearly showing transaction failed but we received a message that our money has been debited. The atm id was 00aecn8370 of ranchi. Please resolve it as soon as possible....

I have ordered for an electronic appliances from amazon.com which after receiving it i didn't like it for some reason and then i had to return it. And i got a mail that they had refunded it to my bank account, but i didn't get any refund amount in my account from the bank. I have tried talking to the bank staff but they didn't respond me. I should have been receiving the amount before 2 months but i haven't received the amount from the bank....

I have used my bob debit card at an andhra bank atm (Kanderpada dahisar west) i typed in ₹ 10, 000/-
But then the screen showed machine out of service. Transaction failed.

But the message in my mobile came as debited 10, 000/- whereas i did not get the cash from the machine.
Kindly let me know what i need to do. The customer service is not very helpful. That will only allow you to block you card....
