Payment failure

On 23rd July 2020, i placed an order of some grocery items on the online grocery shop of bigbasket company on website www.bigbasket.com. i was requested to make payment for the same using online mode o. I chose to pay by online mode so i opted for internet banking from online payment mode using HDFC Bank internet banking. Refund of my money

Dear Sir/Mam

Please be noted a transaction of rs 556/- on 9/07/2020 for 10 item (order copy is enclosed) is not delivered on 10/07/2020 and the order is itself cancelled, from 9/07/2020 to 15/07/2020 neither i received my order nor my money is refund. I do a regular follow up with your customer care services but as on date no action has been taken.

I want a return clarification on my mail regarding this delay...

Debiting money from big basket wallet

I recently ordered some groceries on big basket and later they messaged me that i cant recieve them due to the lockdown we were facing, so they credited Rs 1706, the refund money in my big basket wallet. After 15 days i went there to order again and as i went to the wallet the wallet was empty. They had autonomously debited money from my account for no reason. I wish you look into this matter with utmost diligence. Thank you...

bb daily bag

Bb daily person committed to provide bag but we still not get. We followed up more than 10 days. He said you will get new designed one but we didn't. We called many timed. This is not good.

Please do needful as soon as possible.

Big basket has cancelled my order quoting non delivery due to gate keeper didn't allow.

The above claim is totally false and it reflects poor customer service only.

This is to lodge a complaint against BB daily/Bigbasket as they are not refunding my amount. For one of my order I did actually paused the subscription and I did received a confirmation text message however the money got deducted and now they are refusing to refunds saying we don’t accept after 10:00 PM.

I have attached the screenshot shot of paused subscription.

non receipt of refund

This is really pathetic customer service from big basket...
In spite of raising the issue more than a week back... Big basket has still not refunded my complete money.
Does a big company like big basket strive on by stealing meagre few hundred rupees from their customers...
First of all you can't keep the commitment of completing the order and keep deducting items from list ordered by the customer, then you deliver incomplete...

I ordered 70 items worth 7700 rs on 29th june 2020. And they promised me to deliver the items on 30 june 2020 4pm to 7pm slot. On 30 june 2020 at 10 pm i got the message that order was cancelled. With out asking me anything they cancelled the order. And they put my amount in their big basket wallet. How can they will do this? If they dont have sufficient amount to do business ask us we will do some charity but dont cheat the people by doing...

Didn't recieve my refund of around 4000rs

I have order some groceries from bigbasket but due to some quality issue i want to return that product but bigbasket deactivated my acount saying that misuse of policies

They deactivated my acount and i have done payment of my order through my credit card

Not refunding my money in my bank account

I had ordered a few items which were to be delivered on 24th may 2020 and for that reason i had to add money to my bb wallet (Which is mandatory in order to make payment for the transaction) for rs 360. They cancelled my order a day before the delivery date without my knowledge or passing any information. Amount debited but not showing successful

I have paid 6225 via net banking and the amount got debited from my account however i got the message from big basket that transaction failed and i have to pay on cash once my oreder comes. I have called bb agent and he asked me that someone senior will call me back on my issue but nobody called and my issue is yet not resolved....
