Delivarable are slow and no proper response from customer care

Non Delivery/Bad Customer Service

The WORST Logistics Company Ever used by Snapdeal.com They have listed a non working phone number on their website and Snapdeal.com partners with such a unprofessional logistics company. Even the cheapest courier company has a working phone number and they deliver on time to Metros. Damn the tracking status still shows transit for my order from last 7 days. I have ordered via snap deal on Oct 29 and snapdeal shipped the consignment on 30 Oct via Ecom express. ECOM express has the tracking update where they initially told it will be delivered on 04 Nov. Pathetic Service and Fake Status Updates

One of the worst eTailer and Courier service combination I found in the recent times. I bought a Cam on 15th Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 29th Oct 2014. Wonderful speed.
