I ordered a ladder from flipkart and it get delivered in 9 days, but was damaged so i asked for replacement, after 2 days they took back the product and emailed that the replacement will be sent back on lastly 29th october. I needed it for diwali cleaning in house.

I have a complaint about flipkart company, i ordered a product of (Spacewood engineered wood bed from this company), my order has been on many issues, and i have already extended the return request several times but no resolution. The technicians are not able to resolve my issue and yet they do not take any action.

I bought a mobile phone realme c2 from flipkart in 5399rupee during diwali sale. From the date of the request, i was trying to cancel my product. But due to technical glitch in flipkart, i was not able to cancel it. Even flipkart was not showing the status of my product.
