We traveled by Indigo flight from Kolkata to Indore and changed flight at NewDelhi. ( 6E 474 and 6E 869) PNR NO. QHE9QX. We had 2 checked in baggage, one VIP red colour suitcase and one red colour trolly beg. A new 50/- packet containing 100 notes were kept inside the suitcase which was removed by handling staff either at Kolkata or at Delhi. I was booked on a flight to mumbai, my flight time was 5.20 am i reached airport at 4.30 and i was told seats are full. I wonder after having booked well in advance and being on time how they deny me a seat. I wonder who the hell is the ceo. Under PNR I6N5NY, the ticket was booked for BOM-MAA on 18th and return on 20th for 3 pax plus 1 infant. On 27 April I changed the return sector MAA-BOM from 20th to 22nd by paying additional payment Rs. 9809 with the help of call centre executive. I have reached on time. But due to irresponsible staff. I was not allowed to get into flight. The airline is very disgusting. When i have asked for next flight they have charged me 7983/-. They had excuses for all the things.

I would appreciate if i can get refund if not it would be my last trip from indigo.

I booked flight from vskp to Delhi for journey on 27may17. 11 may 17 night amount was deducted 8940/- no ticket was booked. They send me a new itinerary for booking, I booked on that reference. 12 may 17 Again 9240/- was deducted from account no ticket was booked. Customer care is not supporting. My Indigo flight (6E-332 / 6E 724) GOI to New Delhi timing was 14:10 (PNR: S9P28P) and I reached airport at 13:30. I had already completed my web check-in (it is clearly mentioned in the boarding pass that 25mins before departure time i.e 13:45 the boarding gate closes) but I was told that I cannot board the flight as I was late (I reached at 13:30).
