Post paid account closed due to customer agent's error and not providing the NOC too

Hi,

I have been using Ola Postpaid for more than 1 year. I never requested to close my Ola postpaid account.

I recieved an email from customer care agent Darppan Thakur that my Ola postpaid account is closed. I am very disappointed about this.

I sent many emails asking then to restore back my account but the customer care agent said that the account can't be restored. My account has been closed...

Ola money postpaid deactivated

Hi,

I am not able to activate my ola postpaid on ola app for cab booking payment option am not able to add the ola postpaid payment option with registered mobile number

Ola driver paid via Gpay however Ola money demanding 1000 prepaid amount with late fee

I was travelling on Ola taxi during travel i recharged with Ola Money post paid. Driver declined to accept Ola Money. I paid driver with Gpay. Immediately i raised tickets for not using ola money however they every day auto call me and charging late fee and telling to pay 1175 now.
I even write mail to customer care but no response....

Ola Money threatening and repeatedly calling me

I had to pay in cash (230rs) as the driver is not willing to receive online payment.After that on next day or so Ola money showed 230rs as due in my ola money wallet. i tried to find the customer support number and called but there are nobody to receive the call. i have tried at least 10-15 time but no one lifting the call. finnaly after two days with all efforts i have found ola money support mail id and mailed them saying that i have paid...

OLA charged me twice and want refund

I had booked ola cab in Mumbai to travel from Mulund to Panvel. The following details were sent to me.
Say ola to your driver Kaleem for crn [protected]. white wagonR to pick you up @ 20:21, 04 Jan 2022.
Upon boarding the driver asked me to pay by cash as his OLA app was not working properly. Driver was new to OLA and even not aware how to operate OLA app. So I agreed to pay cash.

Ola money wallet blocked and oka postpaid account also blocked

Need to change my number once number is changed they blocked my wallet and postpaid account and my wallet money is also stuck .
Despite of emailing them from registered mail id they did not responded no resolution provided till now...

Gross wrong reporting of ola money postpaid account in cibil by abfl & ola money

Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of October by 28 Days ????!!! Is this a Joke ?

In fact I cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and have never been charged with one single late payment fee so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported account LXW-M[protected] late by 28 days in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other...

Unable to clear dues

Hello,

I am unable to clear my dues since the Ola Money page is not opening on the Ola app on my phone. It says "There was some problem with uploading your information. Please try again later". I have tried reinstalling the app and the page is still not opening. Please help me in this regard because I have to clear my dues.
