I have paid the two wheeler insurance amount, booking ID was generated but KYC process couldn't go through due to technical issue.
No policy was generated and customer service is making false promises on the timelines.

I was doing a insurance of my motor bike today with the contact no-[protected]. I paid in Bajaj Allianz through Paytm upi. but the amount got deducted and the ckyc was not done the transaction got cancelled. I need my refund as the amount is still not reflected in my account....

My vehicle No. kl23r2022 met with accident on 13 Apr 2023. initial claim form submitted on 19 Apr to the nearest uiic office. uiic took 11 days to approve the garage to commence work. work completed by Ford on 30 may 2023 and surveyor done the final survey. he uploaded the file on 09 may 2023 . I requested the pb to make payment to garage directly as the amount is above 2 lakh. I started calling PB customer care since 09 apr 2023 for issue...

My Father was hospitalized on 3rd of September 2022 and I have opted for health insurance through my office, I informed TPA Policy Bazar on the 5th itself and submiited all the rekavant documents by the 13th September after that company kept asking for another document I couriered them documents thrice in which once they even sent me wrong persons information after which I replied and then it took another 2 weeks for TPA to respond and asked...

Hello consumer complaint team the POLICY BAZAR Company Daily too much calls in a day they were 10/15 calls from different different number i even don't how they contact how number meet irrelevant loan credit card offers giving & they also give my number to other fraud company from BANGLORE Same Offers loan/credit card i requested to u strictly take an action against them & stop calling & messages...

I visited policy bazar website to check some information, after entering my name and mobile number, I spoke to a representative named Durgesh Kumar Choubey, I never agreed for any calls from him or anyone from policybazar, After which I kept on receiving repeated calls from different landline numbers sometimes 3-4 times a day. I am not able to block these numbers because all of them are different numbers. I want to make a complaint about...

On[protected] Tuesday i tried to renew my two wheeler insurance policy on policy bazar web site and made the payment i have uploaded my RC copy of the vehicle but i could not upload my driving license and voter id for address proof and id proof and every time it shows my details are not valid there fore please refund my payment

I have an existing policy for 4 wheeler.

I have renewed this policy again and the new policy no is - OG[protected]-00020287.

Details in the new policy are wrong like Vehicle No, along with other details too like manufacturing year, registration year. However all information is correct in the last year insurance policy taken from policybaazar itself.

I've a health insurance policy from Niva Bupa which I bought through policybazaar.com. It's renewal is due in next 30 days approx. and I'm getting daily email reminders now. The problem is I've one email id registered against my policy but the email communication I'm getting daily has 10-12 other email ids as well other than mine. Why are they sharing my policy information with some other people whom I don't know. This is a serious issue...

After disscuss with PB team they I have 50 lack sum assured only eligible and after after I have completed all the medical and physical test after that they have issued counter offer with increased premium due to existing policy.

My question is before taking my application they knows all my details including existing policy, but after completed all the processes why they are increasing premium due to existing policy.

Hi I files a claim more than a month ago for my Vehicle NUMBER DL08CAU4074 for the policy taken o[censored]NITED INDIA INSURANCE POLICY TAKEN BY POLICYBAZAAR. They said i will get the reimbursement after submission of documents. It has been over a month i have submitted my documents and there is no update neither from united insurance nor from policy bazaar.

Hi Team,

I have received call and message from [protected] stating that you can renew the future generali car insurance at 13, 300. After paying he sent the fake insurance copy. His mobile number is still working with Policy Bazaar.

I have paid the amount in the account number provided, however I am yet to receive the insurance copy.

This person is neither responding to calls and messages.
