I had booked ticket from Kolhapur to Vashi as on 20th Aug, 2022 in INR 699/- for journey as on 6th Sep, 2022 evening.
I have received call & message from bus operator on journey day morning that bus has been canceled due to technical issue pls collect your refund from online.
When i have approached same operator Manjunath Travels in evening they have given reservation with INR 1600/-.
Refund of INR 699/- has been processed...

Ticket was booked from Chennai to Bangalore for 6th August 2022 instead of 7th Aug 2022. Then tried to move the ticket where they asked a amount of 555.01 to be paid. I paid the amount and was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not issued.

Also I spoke to the customer care for almost 15 to 20 times and no response. The frustrating part is they close the case and dont worry about any thing.

I book a ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore on Red Bus app. While I’m booking Red Bus app shows Coimbatore Dropping location but didn’t show boarding location on chennai. But after booked, Red Bus shows Boarding point at Melmaruvathur. But Melmaruvathur is Kanchipuram district. Chennai and Kanchipuram is different district. I am currently traveling by Balaji travels from Sagara to Bangalore and have paid Rs.1378 for the same.. It's raining right now and my seat is all drenched and I cannot sleep. Water is literally splashing on the seat though windows are closed. Complained the same to bus operator and finally they arranged a seat for me to sit in a corner of some other passengers seat.. I have paid to sleep not to sit in grief. I want partial refund...

I booked ticket on 30.08.2022 from Chennai to Tirunelveli at 30.08.2022 20.00 pm. My Ticket no is.TR9U59615055. But the Ticket was cancelled by Travels. The cancellation amount not refunded still now.

Hi this is Prem, on 29th august I got a bus to travel bangalore from Khammam Telangana, I got bus at 6pm at source location and I have departure 8 at destination location but bus delayed almost 4 hours and I have missed my office one day and I also lost my one day salary and bus was not same as it shown in red bus. Simply cheating people no windows cover in bus no bedsheets on bus and no bed covers - if we question them they are very serious...
