I have booked one bus dashmesh travels from nagpur to pune vus redbus website. On website it's clearly mentioned about charging point still bus driver says charging not available. My phone was about to dead very very poor and irritating service. My money gone in vain and second one is I have booked lower 29 seat which shows lower on website and after coming to bus the bus drivers says it's upper one not lower why this type of problem occur...

I booked bus for tirupur to Chennai on 5th of February 2023 ( national travels) through redbus app. My bus got brokedown after travelling around 60kms near bhavani. We booked a bus from redbus from tirupati to gooty for journey date[protected]. Bus should depart from tirupati at 9:30pm as per the redbus timings.
