I was trying to book a Lower single lady's seat; however, payment was unsuccessful and after 15mins of time period when I checked seat was still showing booked.
I have also called and confirmed by the respective bus operator, and they stated that seat is showing not booked but in redbus app it still shows its booked.

Unable to contact any redbus support. Kindly assist here.

Please note I don't have any...

Redbus ticket cancellation & Refund issue

Redbus seats: 12L, 11L, 3L. 2L, 1L, 7L
Ticket No. TSAZ77020279
Ticket Fare Rs 8080.79

I had booked 6 seats through Red Bus from Bangalore to Udupi for 12th Oct'23 at 9:20pm from Bellandur. I would like to cancel all the 6 seats . I tried calling various numbers available on net and I was told cancellation is not possible as per policy.

I request you to cancel the tickets...

I have booked my ticket to travel from chennai to salem, payment has been deducted from my account whereas seat has not been allocated.

Booking date: 28.09, 23
Travelling date: 30.09.23
Travels: Arvind Travels (Redbus App)
Ticket amount deducted from my account: 996.45/- (Including all)

Refund my amount to the same account at the earliest....

Incorrect boarding location

My name is Parikha and ticket number is : tsb[protected], pnr: 693777.

According to my ticket the bus was to depart from Kamta chauraha, shaheed path, lucknow at 9PM, however, after a lot of confusion the driver told us to reach dehria chauraha near charbagh which was 30 minutes away from the boarding point and hence I missed the bus. I wanted to request a refund for the same. Kindly help....

Refund amount not credited

On 28 Sept 2023 I book a bus ticket through Red Bus App, But due to operator fault the ticket was canceled and the refund amount of INR 1680 was Initiated. On 04 oct 2023 RedBus Send me message that your amount was credited to your account but after checking the amount was not credited to my account. On the 24th of September I booked a bus ticket via red bus from Jorhat to Guwahati. The ticket didn't get confirmed on the first attempt but the money was deducted. I booked the ticket for the second and the money was deducted again.
It was noted that the money was received by the company both the time. I reached their customer care support over the phone as well as by in app messaging. It's been more than a week now and they haven't...

Refund completed but amount not received

Hello,
I had booked a ticket from Indore to Mumbai and paid for the same using Paytm UPI, I had to cancel that trip and so I asked for a refund of the ticket. The refund was Initiated and Completed but I did not receive thee money.
The message said "The refund of [Amount] has been successfully credited to your Add UPI account" because of the Add UPI in the message instead of my UPI account I think the transaction might have...

The money has been deducted twice

I have tried to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice as i have uploaded images below. I want to know how much time will it take to get the amount back....

Non Arrival of Booked bus even after 2.30 hrs of departure

Dear Red bus team,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I booked online tickets through Red bus.com on 23 Aug 2023 to attend marriage of my Brother which was on 25.08.23. I had to travel from Miyapur Location (Hyderabad) to Visakhapatnam for travel Journey 24/08/2023.

I was travelled from Aurangabad to Wakad on 03/06/2023 10PM R.S. 1452/-by Dolphin travel house (108) Aurangabad. I booked my ticket from REDBUS APP. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.
REDBUS told me ask BUS OPERATORS and then BUS OPERATOR telling me to call REDBUS. I am tired calling both sides. I am providing tickets. Please find attachments.

Dear Team,

I made a booking on 6th August 2023 from kalpetta to ernakulam.

I made a payment of Rs 682.5/- through PhonePe.

The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not recieved at your end and asked me to check with my Bank.
