Delivery partner's attitude

The delivery man called me and told me he was near my location and would make the delivery. I also sent him my location on whatsapp for his convenience. The Order Status shows as DISPOSED OFF WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION

This is with respect to AWB[protected]. The shipment status shows as damaged, however there is no guarantee that this is actually damaged, while speaking with the customer care, I understand that they will not be able to provide a proof of damage. This sounds suspicious as the shipment can be stolen and flagged as Damaged and later flagged it as Disposed off. Shiprocket services have been very disappointing....

Facing issue in delivery

For the last 3 days, I get calls from one of the delivery persons named Uttam Karmakar, whenever I receive the call Either he mutes or puts me on hold for a long time. I have called customer care as well, but no help has been provided yet. For reference, I am attaching all the related details here. Even have attached the call recording as well. Its been more than 6 days I am expecting my parcel at my place. Is this the kind of service you people deliver, I mean you are disrespecting your own customers. You should be responsible enough to take that responsibility and deliver that parcel on time.

Parcel still not delivered

I sent parcel to my customer via ecom express on shiprocket platform on 31st october and it was supposed to be delivered on 6th november.
after picking up the parcel, they changed delivery date to 11th november.

My parcel is still not delivered

I made a shipment through shiprocket panel on 31st October and still they haven't delivered the parcel everytime I call they just say wait for 24-48 hrs it's height now and they don't behave properly....

Not Delivering the Parcel

I sent parcel to my customer via ecom express on shiprocket platform on 29th october and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd november.
after picking up the parcel, they changed delivery date to 5th november.
on 5th november they changed delivery date to 6th november.
Then i complained on shiprocket platform and escalated delivery and they showed date of 11th november.
on 11th november again they failed to deliver...

No Delivery enquiry till today 11 Nov 2021

Delivery partner attitude

Firstly i ordered from brand hawtlash and the delivery partner didnt deliver.. he didnt even call once or came at home and due to this the order got cancelled

False accusation of weight discrepancy

As a small business owner, I have been shipping my orders via various shipments (Ecom Express, Delhivery, Xpressbees) under the parent company ShipRocket. I didn't have any problem this far, but surprisingly Ecom Express has raised certain false weight discrepancies against me one by one.

Abnormal delay/ parcel untraceable

Delhivery AWB[protected] shipped from Gaya to Pune via shiprocket has been untraceable since 20th October. There is improper response from both shiprocket and delhivery, everytime I escalate, they say it is untraceable and ask me to check back after 7 days. It is a big box of nearly 30x30x50cm, not sure how such a big box becomes untraceable.

This is highly unprofessional behavior. Requesting a resolution for the same....
