I recently made booking through spicejet for june 9 flight. The flight got cancelled and i got the amount in my credit shell, don't know why? I should get it in my bank account. Is this some type of customer hack to get their money by listing all possible flights and then cancel it keeping amount in your wallet? On the top of it, they are forcing me to use the amount in the shell by mar 21 and for the same passenger. Seriously are you kidding...

No. Emt69385974; journey date 01/07/2020; flight name sg608 chennai to port blair time 12.05 to 14.15 passengers name mrs sathya sundararamanujam and miss harini venkatesan). Due to covid 19 and lockdown from march, 2020, we could not able to proceed to chennai from port blair on 27th april, 2020 by indigo as scheduled earlier as summer vacation trip to home town....

I have booked a ticket from Kanpur to Ahmedabad for 1 July for 2 people

1) Wife- Divya
2) Daughter- OMI

I have entered my wife name as Divya Yogesh Panjwani, now because of some issue, this is coming as Yogesh Panjwani.

Since 7 days i am following up on [protected]@spicejet.com and the executive giving me same reply again and again "inability to process refund and look forward to onboard"

Why inability???
Who has authorized spicejet to hold the amount??
Can't hold my amount, can't see any reason of doing so.

1. Cancellation done by spicejet, not by me.

Refund required on credit account done 5.5.20.

I don't want any credit shell and confirm all pnr to cancel all tickets as per cancelled rules with 100% payment credit account refund...

So do only credit account refund... Other wise i will be taking legal action against company due to on 5.5.20 chet confirm and i have same screen shot with chetting...

Urgently provide refund credit all...

A booking mistake was done by the booking staff at indira gandhi international airport delhi on 02/03/2020. Details of my booking are:

Pnr : mhfdmh
Passenger name: ms jaya bhandari & rajiv
Singh bhoj
Traveling from : new delhi to port blair
Amount paid : inr 28254

Spice jet ground staff did a wrong booking for me and after the money had been deducted from my account they informed...

Dear all,

I have cancel my spicejet airline ticket, due to covid-19.
Spicejet have taken 3000 rs cancellation charges on per ticket, but remaining refund amount is not credited in my account.
From spicejet costumer care i come to know refund amount is still with them in credit shell.

We had spicejet number yesterday sg 447 that journey. After sitting on our plane! We were told that your child does not have a ticket, you landed. But we have boarding passes for everyone. Then he charged extra 15 rupees. Embarrassed in front of everyone. We got it all wrong. I have also made a video clip of it. Whose fir was registered. And i will also show on social media what all this would have done to us...

I book a flight ticket pnr : l9ntmp n journey date was 3 may n flight cancel becoz of covid 19 n i call to customer that flight has cancel plz refund it back to payment mode they say me that payment will credit to payment mode in 2 -3 week but one month gone no refund till now.. N till now they r just giving time n when i call them they just pickup call n cut it after they listen pnr no.....
