I have ordered biryani and main and received noodles

They are a fraud.. they blame the restaurant for the delivery person's mistake.. I have ordered from Indore Nafees restaurant biryani and the main course and the delivery boy gave me 3 packs of noodles which was from local vendor with no bill.. delivery person kept my order and delivered food from some local vendor.. and swiggy supported delivery boy and asked me to raise a complaint against restaurant in FASSAI. I have received my whole order are wrong and useless

Hey sir i am Prema .actually i have received my all items are wrong and different..i place a order for chicken popcorn- regular x2, chicken krispers burgers and hot & crispy chicken 8 pc from KFC restaurant...but they sent me four kfc chicken biryani rice bowl in my parcel order...it's totally different and unacceptable ... please solve my concern properly...i am very very upsetted... please return this food items back and refund my full...

Received fungi infected food items & denied refund

I had ordered sweets from Haldiram & they have given packaged fungi infected moong barfi, when I complained they didnt listen & just out of pity given 22 rs coupon. This is a health hazard from Swiggy & haldiram outlet. I want my complete refund. PFA fungi infected barfi pics. even after escalating matter no resolution given for such health hazard legally. This is a poisoning on purpose....

Didn't deliver food for 3 hrs, didn't cancel when given confirmation to cancel after 2 hrs. Made me wait for another hour after complaining for no food. I didnt share delivery confirmation OTP to anyone for delivery still marked as delivered. And have been asked to eat food after 3 hrs of delay which could b a health hazard. Not delivering product and product consumed by delivery agent

I orderd a pizza and chocklate Sundae from "SWIGGY ONLINE DELIVERY" The DELIVERY AGENT GANESH with Executive ID "169525"
has not delivered and he has eaten himself and updated in App that its delivered. When i called SWIGGY the executive "SUHAIL" dint give any
resolution except a SORRY. IS this the way online services are working are the CUSTOMERs are fool?

Refused to provide the refund for the ordered item

I have ordered a pizza and soft drink worth 470rs. When i noticed the delivery bag i found soft drink was missing and one of the pizza was half baked and veggies are not really cooked. It was totally a mess when i checked with swiggy customer service i was granted only 57 as the token of sorry... I don't know how will be a sufficient solution. On top of this I'm the swiggy one subscribed member...

Actually i had delivered two cake like chocolate and pineapple cake...its totally unacceptable for us...i am very very unhappy.. Please solve my concern... Refund not processing

I had ordered 3 items from swiggy instamart and delivered on two, when checked on the application it said amout for one item will be refunded and no reason as to why. thos was on the 23rd of september.
i have contacted swiggy customer care and every time they ask me to wait for 48hours.
last two times they asked me for my bank statements to prove i have not recieved the refund. i explained their own app shows it is still processing...
