Careless about delivery

Paneer Biryani

Cancelled order after 20 mins

Swiggy was giving one on one free offer. I ordered paneer makhani. Ordered at around 1.50 to 1.55 Am exact time not sure . Order got processed. It was showing order is taken by restaurant. The food is being prepared, delivery time was 49 mins. Status constantly getting updated. Delivery guy also reached restaurant for pickup, delivery time is now 35 mins. At 2.20 Am order gets cancelled and gets a call which gets missed by me. Then got updated...

Unreasonable compensation

I have been facing late delivery/bad quality ossue with swiggy for over the past one month now. I jave had 6-7 bad experiences so frequently. And worst part is they do not even compensate you properly. This is blatant consumer harassment and abuse. I ordered a roll and value was Rs. 105. It was over an hour late and since the food woul already have been spoilt I cancelled the order and asked for refund. For all this harassment I had faced...

Delivery timing

They are making scam in delivery time on time of delivery they are showing sometime and status as ontime but if any delay occurred they are increasing delivery time and showing same status as ontime. They delayed almost 30mins as per their policy as the delivery is not on time I requested for full refund but they denied it....

Product different from what was ordered and resolution denied by Swiggy

I placed an order of 3 donuts (Order #[protected] from Mad over donut (MOD) through Swiggy on 13th September 2022 -
1x black and white Bavarian

Taken the whole amount again by the delivery boy

I had ordered 20 items through swiggy instamart on 16th September which was a total amount of 2000 ₹, order id [protected].
But the delivery boy took 2000₹cash too from me as it was my first time and I got confused.

I didnt receive all the items that I ordered and still Swiggy is not providing me refund

I have placed order with Swiggy recently on Momo Shomo restaurant when I was having guests. I placed order for 1 chilli paneer, 1 veg manchurian, 2 plate veg momos, 1 hakka noodles and 5 samosas. I didn’t receive 2 plate veg momos, they only sent one plate. The curries was spilled all over the carry bag and all containers were broken. Only samosa and veg noodles were in average condition. Why Packaging charges add ?

Helo Sir/Ma'am,
I had Swiggy ordered from Chandigarh Manimajra McDonald's Branch. But this branch charges packaging fee. Who gave them authority to charge this packaging fee because everybody knows that whenever food is ordered it deliver's in package only. Which order said them to charge packing fee. I want answer of that or else i can go to consumer court to clarify this to me about the packing charges. Because i don't want that...

Spoilt and spilled food and no one to take complain for refund

Providing Totten and spilled leaking food which can't b eaten and already opened.. if hv full proof of everything.. bt this irresponsible company swigy doesn't hv any customer care to listen to query.. I want full refund or I will take legal action bt not for refund.. then it will be compensation that you will pay me.....
