Received a rotten food

Hi, l have made an order in swiggy on dated Aug 6, 2022.
Order delivery have taken 1.30 hrs to receive the food. After this much delay what I received is a rotten food.
I tried to communicate the customer service team on raising a help ticket. But response as no refund would be initiated..
This is not fair, we are trusting swiggy and we are making order thru your platform. Receiving un quality food and asking to eat...

Incorrect bill amount in GST invoice

I had ordered for Rs 2055 on 3rd August 2022 but the amount for which I have recieved the GST invoice is only for Rs 1043. I've been following up with them from 5 days but still there is no resolution from their side. It is absolutely worst experience with Swiggy's consumer support team. There is no proper mechanism to keep track of the customer's request, every time I connect to their chat support I have to explain my issue from the beginning...

Delay in delivery no prior update

I placed an order for my parents at 6.15pm on 7th Aug in swiggy app.. order was taken and it was confirmed that my order will be delivered within 7pm..now it is getting delayed and swiggy person is claiming that he is on the way to deliver another order and it will take another 20min to deliver my order which is 30min above the given commitment...my parents are moving out...

Delivered at wrong address

I have ordered Fruits on swiggy instamart order I'd([protected]).
Delivery Executive without called me delivered order at wrong address. When I was trying to customer care, they are not even considering my genuine problem. I had no choice than complaining here....

Wrong product delivered and no resolution given

I ordered Heena and milk and heena and received cold drink and bread and when I connected to customer care they say to wait for 6 hrs. I wanted my delivery in 18 mins not 6 hrs, why shall I suffer for your apps mistake, I even called the delivery boy he says whatever was handed to him he directly delivered simply means it's yours marts fault.When i connect them through help section no resolution was given...

GST Invoice Issued, SWIGGY is not providing the GST invoice

I have ordered online food from Hira sweets via Swiggy on 04/08/2022 with Order id[protected]. With repeated requests Swiggy has refused to provide the complete GST bill with below response. Being a customer I felt cheated as I am not getting GST bill neither from Swiggy nor from HIRA sweets.

Not delivered my food... I'm a swiggy one customer also... It's not only first time... It's repeating it... I order some foods but delivery person not delivered and i contact support team they are not provide responsible answer at the same time they are cancelled my order without informing me......

Login issue please solve

I couldn't find swiggy customer care so I had to mail it here.
I am an usual swiggy user but I recently changed my mobile, and now I am not able to log in.
When I go to log in page and put my phone number there which I was already using, it goes to another page which asks for email and name and after I put that, I get an error message saying my number is already registered.
I know my number is already registered then...

Product delivered without brand label

I had ordered Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower oil 5 litre jar priced Rs. 1092/- on 02 August 2022 from Swiggy Instamart.

The product was delivered with a missing main front label ( photo attached ) making me wonder if it is fake!! I refuse to use a product which could possibly jeopardise my family’s health!

At the time of delivery itself I refused to accept the product but was clearly told by the delivery...

I have order 8 kg patato. But I have received tomato. 4 days is already gone. I have done mail everytime but everytime swiggy team didn't reply and harassment of my mind. And the bad service type. And In my last order of swiggy i have received waste food till now we didn't get any resolution of this also.

Haven't received my complete order and swiggy is not giving me my money back

SWIGGY Is not Ready to pay my money after they cancelling the order from there end SCAMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!
