Swiggy is not refunding amount for damaged delivery and harrassing customer

I have ordered cake today. It was to be used for celebration in half an hour. We received the delivery and swiggy delivery guy left. Once I opened the box I could see it was damaged and not in shape. We could not use that cake for celebration. After calling delivery guy of swiggy he said it's not his fault. Order not delivered after ~2 hours of wait

I placed an order from Hotel Razzakiya via Swiggy on Saturday night, however the order wasn't delivered inspite of patiently waiting for 2 hours. I was promised a full refund and also Rs.200 as Swiggy money. However, the agent lied to me to calm me down and Swiggy hasn't lived up to the promise. They have made me chat with them multiple times frustrating the hell out of me. No one... absolutely no one in Swiggy customer serive team is competent...

Ice cream box seal was already broken and the content was half empty

On July 30th around 7:10 pm i had made an order of some items from The swiggy instamart, that totaled to Rs. 1263/-.
One of the items in this order was 'The Brooklyn creamery sea salt caramel' which costed me around Rs. 314/-.

Poor and pathetic service

Damaged items delivered

Respected sir/ma'am,
I ordered few items from swiggy instamart, out of which an item, which was a pack of cigarrete was delivered completely damaged and wasted, but swiggy is not providing me a refund for their mistake of delivering a damaged item.

Money deducted but order not placed on Swiggy

I had placed an order for Mandarin box through Swiggy. The total bill was for ₹750 but it was deducted twice and the total money deducted was ₹1500 but order was not placed. I need the ₹1500 back....

Packaging charges

Different/Incomplete order

I ordered a few items each time either the food item was totally different or only half of the order was complete. I requested them repeatedly but didn't get any resolution from Swiggy.

1st order: 9th July - Item: Veg Combo, but received only half order
