Charged more than Upfront fee shown on the app

Booked Uber on 18th Dec'21 for 227.41 but added 75.00 as parking fee which was not showing while booking or agreed. If the cab stays in the parking lot for the whole day do you expect customers would bear that without their concent. We are already paying excess the charge to travel 9 km is 227 ....

Wrong deduction without providing service

Uber cab was schedule for Tuesday, Dec 14, 03:45 AM from Hotel Retreat to Borivili West, Mumbai. The Uber driver never reported at the destination and no Cab service was provided by Uber.

Despite not providing any service by Uber, Uber deducted Rs. 20 vide transaction # P[protected] from my e-wallet. As the journey was in wee hours of Dec 14, I had to hire a private cab in emergency and had to pay exorbitant fare....

Paid trip is showing unpaid

On 18.12.21, I booked uber cab at 9.05 p.m at classique club, andheri my fare came to Rs.295/_, which I paid in cash to the driver after finishing my journey at drop point of my residence. But still my uber app is showing this as unpaid. Please rectify the error so that I can use my uber rides smoothly in future....

Wrongly fare charged

Fed up of daily facing the same issue of difference in while paying up the fares!!! While booking it’s 148/- and while paying 177/- !!!
Why such difference!!! This issue is there daily!!!
Please solve it once for all!!...

Paid cash for non cash payment

On 17th December 2021 the uber driver demanded for cash for a non cash payment saying his account has not been credited and now uber is asking me to release the same payment which I was made to pay by the driver. Due to delay in communication by Uber ....

Fare was too high

It is very annoying and irritating to inform you that your cab services are too poor. I had booked a cab from Vishnu Garden, Delhi to Inderpuri, Delhi from my uber app mobile no. Inordinate delay by Driver

Refund of excess amount charged

On 2/11/2021, I booked Uber cab from Keshav Puram (Delhi) to Nandwani Nagar (Sonipat). The fare shown at the time of booking was around Rs. 750/-. I paid extra cash for the ride

I took a ride on Dec 5th - (TS30TA1186). Trip charges showed 190.00 and communicated the same to the driver while boarding it. further, I have communicated that uber credit for 50.00 will be applied and I would have to paid only 140.00 for the trip. Unruly behaviour of driver and changing the destination without my consent, leaving me stranded on road in the middle of night

Yesterday late night I boarded the Uber cab at Terminal 2 Delhi airport. The driver on the pretext of vehicle issues dropped me 2 kms away and started a fight asking me to pay 875 INR in cash. Your Drivers and the Cab cancellations your drivers do

On 5th Dec, 2021, I booked your cab and waited for nearly an hour. Your first cab driver kept me waiting and did not answer any of my 10-12 calls and messages and ultimately after 25 minutes, he cancelled the trip. Extra fee charged

I booked a ride of ₹ 275 from Karol bagh to The Maidens Crown banquet of peeragarhi. When we reached the destination driver showed me his phone where fee was 623 that is more than double of the price.

This is totally fraud by the company. Company is harrassing the customer and driver too. There is no customer care number on the app so we can talk and resolve this problem.

I'll never recommend this to anyone,...

Uber driver cancels last minute

This is the worst thing to happen when you’re in a rush. The Uber drivers cancel your trip if they don’t want to drop you at your location. It has happened multiple times with me now and I happen to miss my flight too due to the same reason.
