I booked Urban Company (UC) service on 1st feb, 2023, to repair my Samsung Microwave, however instead of repairing it the agent ruined my microwave an damaged the cavity.

Highly disappointed with my laser hair removal service. I had 4 sessions of arm laser hair removal. After the last session one hand has full hair and the other hand has shown results.
Now, no one is responding to resolve the issue.

This is highly pathetic customer service. This is not a cheap service. And after the session no one takes responsibility....

Given my Samsung 55" LED TV for sound issues and paid Rs. 5000 for it. TV was returned but started having power issues with one hour, The Egg took the TV back with a promise to return next day, but it's been 10 Days and is not repotting to messages or calls. The company has been promising that it will be resolved with next 24 hours for last one week but no progress. I believe the TV has been stolen by their engg. Need to have strong actions...

I booked 2 services Geyser Checkup and Intense Bathroom cleaning. Geyser professional just uninstalled my geyser and told it would not be possible to repair. I basically paid 249 Rs for uninstalling a geysar!!
Intense Bathroom cleaner said that bathroom could not be cleaned with the service, I booked. I need to go for booking 6-7 such services to clean my bathroom.

While cleaning my microwave oven, the person who cleaned has left permanent rub mark on my oven, on my kitchen floor, left scratch mark on kitchen chimney. I have raised a complaint in their app, but Urban Company said apart from waving off my cleaning charge they won't do anything. Also after the job was done instead of sharing proper receipt the company provided me a receipt of bathroom cleaning which they didn't do....

I got my home painted using Urban Company and had trust that it will look after issues arising during 12 months warranty period.

But unfortunately after sale service look like ordinary contractor who is not bothered about commitment.

We contacted you for the double door refrigerator checkup on 10.1.23. And the next day we got a call from you and asked our problem and he redirected us to a staff. We explained the issue and accepted to pay the fees he asked. But the staff didn't come for the service and we didn't get any further calls from the staff and we too couldn't reach him as his phone is switched off.
