I ordered from chalte firte momos kamlanagar (Zomato) bt after 1 hrs that was cancelled by chalte firte momos owner... Due to their own problems... That order was 232 rs done by my debit card pf bank of baroda on 13th may... Bt they not refunded my monet yet.. When i contact with zomato customer care they have only one response that is please wait for nxt 24 hr and nothing...

    bad quality of food

    On 24th may (1:54pm), i ordered 2 chicken rolls, 1 chicken popcorn and 1 paneer hot garlic roll from roll mania via zomato. About an hour ago, those who had the above food for lunch felt uncomfortable and pukish. Later, they fell sick and vomitted the content.
    I would request to take some action against it and would also request for the refund of my amount (Now that 3 people's medical bill will be more than what was spent....

    So i order food from box8 restaurant from zomato these people gave me salty food and it was cold too and i already paid for the order and when i asked them to either replace my food or refund my amount they didn't do anything and just gave 67 credit for which i paid almost 280 rs and they didn't reply properly after that and restaurant said there was no call from the zomato end these people are trying to make a. Fool out o[censored]s nothing else and they are not even giving the money back

    Hi! I'm writing to complain about the rejection for an ice cream order from Naturals Ice cream Parlour, GK-2 today in the afternoon. Money was deducted from my bank account as soon as I placed the order on Zomato but the order was rejected by the outlet after 10 mins of waiting. Could you elaborate on what to do for the reimbursement? Thanks.

      I'm working in zomato as a delivery boy and i did a order of rs.186 on 12th may 2018 i paid this amount to merchant and that order was cancelled due to customer not accept that order order number [protected] same i complaint to zomato customer care they raised ticket no 1263614 and say amount will credit in my account within 48 hrs but 12 days passed away amount not credit and no body ready to help me in zomato,,

      Second concern i did my job from 14 may to 20 may 2018 and the got salary amount rs.4500 in the runner partner on monday 21-may-2018 and they deducted rs.2449 23rd may 2018 same i informed to zomato customer care they raised ticket 1370201, 1370403, 1370481 i complain thrice time but no one help me today 24th may 2018 they given salary rs.2510 in account instead of rs.4500,,

        I have ordered the food from zomato yesterday night 10:30!
        The order was very quick.

        I have ordered for chicken biryani for which i have received some masala rice where immediately i have approached the customer service team through chat and informed that i have been given wrong order and the orders food is als rotten.
        Upon taking my issue they have just denied my issue.
        They were very impolite and brought me to this extent. I donot understand we guys look like fools to just order food at that point of time just like that and complaint against them. Are we that jobless??
        My concern was unheard and it was reflected by them in a impolite manner. Soo i m writing here. Kindly refund

          I have ordered the food in zomato and paid the extra charges for extra quantity, but they provided me worst service. The food quantity is not even equivalent to the normal charge but i paid extra amount for extra food also. And also the food got cool down completely then whats the use of delivery charges..
          They did chat with me for continuous more than 2 hours..
          I facing issues like this repeatedly but zomato is simply looting the money and trying to manipulate with offer codes.
          Even in the chat messages they are answering same nonsense repeatedly.
          If i am asking for complaint mail id's and twitter social accounts they are not providing.
          They are simply telling that they will serve best in future, why should i pay now if they are serving better in future i will also pay better amount in future.
          Please solve this asap and refund my full amount.

            My zomato account got blocked without any reasons and also they aren't responding to my mails, their call support is not picking the call and chat support is also not working.

            I want my account to be unblocked as soon as possible because i have money in my wallet and i want them back.

              It is highly disappointing to inform you about the my experience with the delivery boy and the customer care executives on chat... Kindly revert back on my mail id for a detailed explanation of the problem.

              I was charged double for my order as the delivery boy cheated with me and then I called customer care number but as always no connection occured then I started chat help there the customer care executive on the chat defended him by their baseless explainations and on asking for an answer an explaination they were not reverting me back properly and not they picked up my.phone...i was really harrassed...

                I ordered biryani on 20th may in cart page new50 coupon are applied and amount will be deducted but when i'm making online payment they are deducted total amount including offer code applied amount. I send 2 emails to zomato team but they never replied to me. I chatted with customer team they said we are initiated the offer amount it will reflect in 24hours in your zomato account but i didn't get.

                  I have been a zomato customer since from quite a long time and also a zomato gold member...in recent times zomato is not keeping up their words... I order from zomato and order gets cancelled or rejected and no one bothers call me to inform the same and where is the money i paid for the order???.
                  So far no updates my money is not returned and also it's so embarrassing that i have recommended zomato to all my friends and family and everyone are facing the same problem... This is going to be the last attempt to get this sorted out... I'm going to take it forward to consumer forum and also i have all the recording and screen of the conversation with zomato customer support... I need a call from zomato right now

                    I am writing this with deep regret. This is the second time I'm facing an issue with zomato. Last time there was a significant piece of glass in my food when I ordered from Wah Ji Wah through Zomato. But, keeping Zomato's reputation in mind, I didn't appealed to the consumer court because one of my family members could have been injured seriously.
                    The customer care assured me that care would be taken in future and I won't face any problems with the zomato.
                    Then today I ordered a Black Forest Cake from The Cake Point. The order got accepted and the delivery boy was on his way and he told me that he would reach my place within 10 minutes. Then after some time as of a sudden the order got cancelled saying that the restaurant cancelled it. I contacted the customer care but they told me that it was cancelled because I wasn't picking up the delivery boy's phone. Then they changed the status on the app. I tried to call back the delivery boy but he didn't pick up. He accepted that he said a lie. I had talked to him 3 times but he said that I wasnt picking up the phone. Then he made me talk to a Zomato executive on phone who said that he had very well understood the situation and would be reiterating my order and the cake would reach me within 15 minutes. I kept waiting but it didnt come. I was really embarassed in front of my clients and guests and was made a fun of throughout the party. The cake ultimately never reached me. I called up the restaurant and he told me that he had sent out the cake. But it never reached me. This is really very disappointing.
                    And the customer care says that I'm lying for no good reason. They even gave me Rs. 124 zomato credits. I request you to please take those credits back and take a strict action over the people who were involved in this incident. I seriously won't ever be able to trust zomato. Thank you for providing me with the worst service of my life. This time I am moving to the consumer court with all the necessary evidences(screenshots and call recordings) and hope that the court will do me justice.

                        I ordered food from zomato. I didn't get my food till now and in order tracking it is showing it got delivered. I msg customer service and every time they messeged me that delivery boy is on the way when i called that delivery boy he said i cancelled that order long back. There is no coordination between customer service people and delivery boy. I make the payment online and it is already 11 in the night. And for girl its not possible to go out in this time. I can't order food also bcoz this time no one will deliver. Pathetic service everytime. I[censored] guys can't manage then shut your service.

                        Customer care phone numbers arent working.
                        Customer chat person said he would arrange a call and never did.
                        He went non-responsive as well.
                        Would I get refund? Noy sure. :(

                          They need 60 min to deliver for 1km. If we ask for refund they won't give. Please take some action on them. Dont order in zomato. They are very bad and they will say we are unable to contact with restaurant. Customer care service is also very bad. For every message they will ask this message is helpful really worst no response from them and they are asking for review.

                            Hi i took zomato treat subscription in which they server treat with order from treat member restro, and they charged once for it. I did the same but didnt recieved the treat when ordered from freshmenu. I ask the customer care person on chat, he said sorry restra is not picking up the phone and we cant do anything. I asked about his name, his name was sourabh and he jus disconnected the chat, when i asked to transfer the chat to sup, he denied for that too. Thats was the case of worst customer service. Never trust zomato for this. They are doing fake promises behind this.

                              Hello, we ordered dinner from main land china - orion mall yesterday through zomato food delivery.
                              Date - 19th may 2018,
                              Order id - [protected].
                              One item vegetables in thai green curry - cost 495 - spilt more than 2/3rds before it could be delivered to us by the delivery person. The delivery person said he requested the restaurant to tape the container but the restaurant was busy and they didnt do it. He and i spoke to someone at zomato (While the delivery person was still there), since it was already 9.20 pm, we agreed for refund than delivering the dish again. But now i am not getting any proper response from zomato customer service. Please help to get refund.

                                I have ordered a food from dominos through zomato app of rs.1313 today on 19th may 2018. They have accepted the order and started cooking in the kitchen as per order status.

                                Later on i got a call from dominos that they can’t deliver the order because it’s out of range and they cancelled it. The store manager (Devang singh) of dominos 4dsquare mall in ahmedabad didn’t talk properly and i was amazed this is the customer service. After this i requested the chat support of zomato and then i got a reply then it’s been cancelled so they can’t do anything.

                                I also requested a call back from zomato where i got confirmation to receive a call soon but i have not received.

                                My only question if they have accepted the order then have to deliver it and also zomato service to his regular customer was very poor. I got to know only half n hour back where we r sitting hungry.

                                  The order was placed through zomato app, restaurant accepted order and gave a call to me straight informing it cannot be delivered with in the said time and will take 01 hour more. I informed to cancel the order and informed to support team of zomato through chat support. They told me to wait till the time mentioned on app which was 19:2. I informed them that the restaurant confirmed they cant deliver, but support team insisted to wait. I followed the same. After the said time, informed support team that the food was not delivered. Again they told me to wait 10-15 minutes. Food was not delivered, no calls from restaurant also. Informed support again, told to wait 10-15 minutes. Waited no food arrived. I requested to cancel my order and get the money back, no reply.

                                  Could you please tell me should i continue using zomato?

                                    incomplete payment

                                    2times money is deducted but still payment is incomplete and i didnt gt my stuff. I done my payment at 1:30pm and i also i gt trnstation id from bank. I done payement through zomato app and my payement mode isaxis net banking. Kindly do it needful. Is it is refundable or not. The money goes to account while i order pizza from pizzahut in inorbit mall whitefeild...

                                    I had made an order last week from cakes and creams of 500 rupees. The payment gateway failed. However the amount was deducted from my debit card. I had lodged a complaint previously and was asked to wait for a week. But even now i haven't received the refund. Please return my money. Your service is very poor and i am sure that will never order anything from zomato

                                    I had ordered a cake from cakes and creams mohali through zomato website on 10 may.the amount was debited from my account.however after this deduction my internet stopped working and 2 minutes later I could not reload the page.i did not receive any confirmation of my order or the order no.i lodged a complaint to zomato immediately and I was told by an email that the refund would be done in 7 days.but it's been 12 days and I haven't received my refund.
