Bad 😕 It seems that Air India has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I have raised my concern multiple times till now and there is no resolution for the same.
Will repeat the concerns once again so that I can get my money back ASAP.
Currently there are two issues as below:

I had booked ticket from Delhi to Birmingham vide PNR No.YOV1W the travel date was 05/02/2021.The flight had been cancelled.
