Refund Issue

We have purchased Byju Subscription for 2 years for Class VI and VII and we were asked to pay INR 71800 (Attached is the proposal) for 2 years of subscription which includes the charges for Tablet and course material. Class 10 subscription

Course cancellation & loan refund

I was commited by the counselor they are giving 60 days trial period. If we don't like within trial period we can cancel the course and get refund and put finance for Adhitya Brilla.
The course was started on 30th March 2023.
I requested for cancelation on 30th April.
From 30th April I am requesting to the counselor and menter help line and nobody is responding. They are replying that it was under process.

Tablet Learning Program - 2 years course Refund

I was manipulated into paying Rs 10000 on 17th May, 2023 after 2 hours of so called scholarship counselling session and was asked to make the rest of the payment monthly wise if I would like to continue with the classes after 15days trial. I once just opened there webpage for normal search but there was a pop up window to enter details to continue browsing. I entered my details from then am receiving no. of SMS and emails. Please stop this I am not interested in any course or anything from byjus . I have no option to block sms also.

BTC offline class cancellation

Btc course with offline class was sold to me for my daughter Vanya. It was promised that at any point of time, offline class can be cancelled and refund will be processed. Within 15 days of purchase of course, I applied for cancellation of offline class at BTC center thane because of non feasibility of attending offline class. I cancelled my enrollment according to company policy rules. They have not cancelled and gave refund yet. They are abusing me a lot every day. They are torturing me mentally. Now I am taking treatment for migraine head ache because of Byju's employees....

Related fraud with students

I purchased course from byjus ( IAS Tablet Course) and Down Payment amount (₹*** ) paid and rest taken byjus advantage loan.
As per byjus cancellation T & C I cancelled programme within 15 days but till date I not recieved my refund.

Not giving refund

I have only paid registration fees of 7000 to byjus which I requested cancellation for within 2 days of payment which comes under there 15 days 100% refund policy( I'll provide a screenshot as proof) but still they are not giving my refund It's been more than a month they are not responding to my emails and not arranging calls either. and once they said they will charge 3000 as process fees which is completely against their own refund policy....

I take 3 year learning program. But the learning station showing issues in 1.5 year. They were refused to solve the issues. And said me to show your LS somewhere. They were not responsible for this issues. After taking all the money they even not behave politely. Even they strictly refuse to give the wiz pen by which kids were doing their worksheet books. I[censored] need wiz pen then u should buy it from Amazon site. Even they were not any responsibility...
