I was purchased the product two weeks back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person Mr Srikanth contact but he told refund will 100 % possible and still no updates last 12 days onwards, but i am paying 3700 per month emi.. Mar 4th 23 a site visit arranged from byjus team to home to align on refund process. Subscribed tor 5 years, used 2years and the rest of the years money will be refunded in 10days is mentioned and received a mail and shared my bank details for the same.
