I am Gaurav Karki an existing Account holder of HDFC Bank A/c no.[protected] Branch:Amar Colony. This is regarding the fund transfer which was done in my account from my Brother's from Bank of Baroda through "UPI PhonePay App" on 6th April 2017 of Rs.17000.
The amount was not credited to my account instead it was wrongly credited to some other account no.[protected] of Ram.

First thing is I'm not hdfc bank customer and never want to be.
Today, I visited hdfc bank just to deposit 1000 rupees in my friends account. May be this is third party transaction.
I came from a village which is about 30km away from the branch, in 45 degree temperature. The branch is hdfc bank, sawe vaadi, main road, in front of town hall, latur-413512.

I have purchase some electronic on 16th march through hdfc cc and asked them not to convert into emi as i was ready to pay full amount so the customer care team confirmed that they will preclose emi and send bill for total amount. But i got first bill in emi. Once again i checked with customer care than they said they forget to put in system and they will do it for next time, so i said it was not my mistake you should done it before generating...

i have clearly told that person to first deposit the cheque in my account & then only the other cheque will be passed

& the bank not even bother to inform me about the insufficient balance in my account nor my relationship manager helped me after i talk to him

On 13th May, there was a debit transaction done from my Debit Card for HDFC bank account number [protected]. The total amount deducted was 4637.00 Rupees. The transaction was failed but money was deducted from my account and the merchant says the transaction was cancelled. I still didnt get my money back even after 11 days.

I want to complaint for vanit malhotra who is working in a hdfc branch butala/2997. Yesterday I applied my rtgs at the morning time but vanit malhotra didn't sign on rtgs as he called me and said why you want to transfer money to other bank and I said this is my personal thing and then he claim that we do not do this.Customers do this by own.Moreover he shout at me and abuses me which is very disrespectful.I've been your customer for 2 years...

I have been writing to hdfc since 15th may and issue is still not resolved, i'm holding a cc since 4.5 yrs and have never defaulted in making payments, but couldn't pay for the past 2 months and they have permanently blocked after taking all the amount i had in my account (Which i deposited for my emi's and cc payment).
