Request for Refund / Right Product

Hi,

I ordered a product on feb 2012 and they delivered the wrong product and hence i requested right product and they failed to do and they said will refund for the same.

I have been receiving lenskart group spams since a long time, every time i unsubscribe they send their mailer through another email address.
I have never purchased on any of your site or subscribed with your mailer list.

Not getting the money back

One of them one was defective so we wanted to send it back but the courier person said that the entire order needs to be sent back and you can choose the new order again.
