regarding refunding money

I have returned 1 item & i had chosen the myntra credit for refund. After so many calls they credited money to myntra refund. Now as i purchasing something, on the payment page myntra credit option is not shown. I’m not able to use my myntra credit money of rs. 2096. I called many times but they are not taking any action.

additional shipping charges

So i added myntra credit to my account and before one year my amount has been expired and on raising the complaint regarding the same, credit has been added and post that it says due to myntra fair usage policy i have to pay additional shipping charges, so my question to myntra it struck you only when you have to refund me the credit that you gotta add shipping charges and to note i haven't ordered or at least ordered and not accepted for...

Why my mantra order has been put on hold, and fails quality check.. I received a wrong size chinos highlander of 32 on 12th of january and i made a return request on the same day without use of it, but after pickup a, message came to me that the product is on hold and fails in quality checkup. So how can i use the product on the very same day... I am very very disappointed with mantra 2nd time... Please look after this matter...

wrong product received and no resolution of the problem

I had ordered a red embroidered sweater (Brand was chemistry edition)... The first picture is of the sweater that i ordered.

What i have received is a completely different sweater. Attaching the 2nd pic of the product that i have received. This is a wrong product that myntra has sent.

I have called... Written to them.. All they send me a request decline email... And like robots.. They tell me that concerned...

myntra does not take back their product giving reason not matching serial number

I order a jacket for my father, size fit issue so i make a return request same dday when the product is delivered.. But the agent came for return and said that the serial no is not matched.. I contact customer care they assure me to solve it very soon.. I again make a return request but the agent refused to take it back because the serial no is not match.. Rather all the tags and bill is same.. Product is unused... How bad service they have......

I ordered several pairs of jeans to check different colours, size and length. I raised a return request for 5 items. All 5 items were collected by agent. I have ordered a mast & harbour casual blazer on 22nd dec 2019 and delivery date was on 3rd jan but didn't received it then they have extended the date to 11 jan 2020 to provide the delivery but did not received it yet, and there is no use of calling to the customer care as there is no proper update or escalation.
I want the delivery to be done and want a reason for delay....

not getting refund which i paid twice during the cod payment. please help me.

delivery boy rude impolite and intentionally holding return product refund amount

Whenever i call the customer care they ask me to wait for few days after which they just keep pretending to deliver the product. Till date the product is not received.

money debited, order not placed nor refunded

I have placed an order in myntra for 2 quantity of rs. 1507. The order has been placed but order has not been placed. Transaction has been done from gpay upi. Checked even with bank and gpay the money has been debited and credited in hdfc bank of myntra.in. But myntra guys say the amount has not been credited in their bank account.

Please anyone help me with this.
