I did not received refund

I have orderd some product from myntra worth 9098 on 21/12/19 some reason i returned 1 product but quantity 2 worth 949/949 on 31/12/19 and respecectfully i recived one refund worth 949 on 05/01/20 but second refund i did not recived yet. return request is not being accepted.

Myntra is not accepting my return request even though it complies with their return policy.
When i called them up and asked for the reject reason, they said that the product is looking to be used or damaged.in fact i haven’t even touched the product and no one from myntra have come and taken it for a quality check.
I have undergone severe trauma and inconvenience with the cheating act or myntra from last 10 days.

fraud website (refund issue) (sending used products)

refund and customer service

I have ordered shoes 10 days back and i didn't receive my amount till now. Whenever i call the customer care i had very bad experience saying will refund is initiated, will get in 3 days... don't pick up returns product and don't give refunds

I'm akram
Few days ago i have ordered lofer from myntra.
Size doesn't fit so i don't need it.
I apply for return and myntra customer care says your product pick up from 10 days so i will wait. After 10 days don't pick up product and i will wait for my refund.
I apply second time for return then after customer care says you have to wait 10 days.

delivery issue and charging high delivery charges

I have purchased many products from myntra and still want to purchase but now although free delivery option or scheme available on myntra during sale hours but for me it always charging 149 rs delivery charge.
Could you please let me know why 149 rs extra is being charged when there is free delivery offer ongoing.

product delivered without tag, myntra not accepting return

This is regarding the return request for following order number. The product was delivered without tags and now I am unable to return the same. Return pickup was denied as tags were not there. The return request was placed within 24 hours due to fit issues. I have logged a complaint to myntra support but there is no resolution. Its been a month and i have still not received my order. I had ordered on 20th december and today its 21st january. If this is the service you provide to your customers then i will never order from myntra anymore and will discourage others to do the same. nike defect shoes / crack in sole after using 5-6 times in cricket match
