my order has been lost

My order number in myntra is:[protected]-8212801. It has been lost during the delivery. My dress price has been increased. So i will not get my dress for the same price i have ordered. I wanted a refund the dress with the same price i have ordered. They have given a coupon which will not compensate. It is not an issue from my end. I want the dress back....

item has not been received yet after making multiple complaints

Order not received yet though multiple commitments and now customer care team disconnecting my call, last 10 calls at least got disconnected in middle of it. Escalation team also worst in help, they don't have courtesy of taking ownership even. Everytime asking me to callback, since last 20 days, I'm wasting my time by calling them and THEY USED TO DISCONNECT THE CALL EVERYTIME!! Somebody...

product not delivered for more than 2 weeks and customer disconnected the call

I had ordered a top from Myntra on 19 June and they have not yet delivered it I have called 5 times in the customer care, every time they say you will get a call back within 24 hours but no call background was done.And now the last time that is the 5 the time I called the escalation team member disconnected my call.
Firstly they don't give a call back and secony when a customer calls this is how they give a resolution.

not responding against incomplete order

This has reference to order no.[protected]-8466401. The product i received, is incomplete (Duppatta missing), which is quite unsatisfactory. I have tried many times to get response from myntra but not get any positive reply till not.

I had placed a order on 25th june[protected]-4767101 on the myntra website. But i didnt like it and i cancelled it on the same day itself. The payment was made through my debit card. myntra refund problem. i don't get my refund amounts

discount coupon/ unable to contact

my return order has been delivered to myntra address, but they declined my return order request

My order no.[protected]-3211001
I placed return order of crocs kids shoes due to size problem.
Myntra approve the return order request and sent ecom express to pick it up.
They have been delivered already. And the ecom airway bill no.[protected].
However, myntra declined my return request for no reason.

I lost my shoes and money.
Hope myntra can solve the problem....

missing item from product

I ordered some product however received one item less within it... And was informed that will be resolved by 8th july 2019 when i first called back on 5th july.
However there was no email or any point of confirmation.
I called back on 9th july and they now say we have system issue call back after 4 hours.

ovs company denim jacket ordered but received cheap lee cooper shirt
