Did not receive free sharpener with faces lip crayon

Ordered faces lip crayon smokin hot with free sharpener. But did not receive any sharpener with it. It comes as free in store. It was not an offer from nykaa. Its from faces. So it was expected to get the sharpener. I have also sent mail to support team, but no update received.
Now i doubt the product is original or not!

Defective or fake products; terrible customer service; delayed delivery

I received 2 damaged items from Nykaa in a row. First, I received a hair spray (images attached) that had leaked half its product inside the packaging itself. After dealing with their brain-dead customer service over email (fun fact - they called me Akansha in their emails, when my name doesn't even start with the letter A and they have it on record) they gave me a store credit for 725 rupees. No refund from nykaa after 1 month

I have placed a order from nykaa on 27/03/2017.
And i have recevied faulty product. The bottle of shampoo was open and same is available in attached screenshots also.
And because of that i have returned the product with other 2 products. I have been waiting for 1 month now.
But till now, i have not receive refund.
I have also attached mobikwik wallet screenshot for the whole month of april.

Fake /not original product

I ordered loreal true match concealer from Nykaa.com.I had another same product from shoppers stop.When I got the shipment from nykaa.com, I was suspicious after seeing the packaging.It was different from my other product.but when I opened it, I got a broken makeup brush.It seems somebody used it and then returned and this nykaa.com people sent it to me after repacking it.Very very dissapointed with nykaa....

Receiving products from Nykaa without original product seal.

in the second slot they have supplied damaged item and also old stock.
Manufactured in the year 2015.
Why this is happening??

I had ordered the product on[protected] and received it on[protected].Had ordered 21 products with 20 products as the face shop sheet masks which costed ₹1000 and one product named the face shop fresh juju lotus soothing gel which costed ₹342.I didn't receive the lotus soothing gel even though the product was listed on the receipt copy. Transaction was made through net banking my account has been deducted but the purchase hadnt been placed

I had made an order at Nykaa.com yesterday for rs 824 through NET BANKING. Only during my second attempt the transaction was successful. In the first attempt it showed that the transaction was a success but the order was not placed in the first attempt. the amount was debited already from my account. I tried calling and emailing but there had been no response....

Regarding return of products

I have written multiple mails and requests regarding the return of a product. But team nykka fails to even respond to all the mails written to them. My money is stuck them. They have a really bad service. I only get a system generated reply that my query will be answered but none of this actually happens. Even at the time of delivery no calls or message is provided to the customer when will the product be delivered....

Unethical behavior

Also, for one of the product, L'Oreal Paris True Match Genius 4-In-1 Compact Foundation product, mfg date is nov/2015. If expiration year is 2018, is it okay to send products from 2015? [nykaa order id[protected] ]

Did not get a refund of my order, courier charges were also paid by me.

After calling continuesly for a week I got a chance to get connected in which I was said my area dsnt fall under the pick up region so they asked me to courier it to them and that they would refund my courier charges ...it's been 3 weeks now ..I can't connect them over the call neither...

Fraud no delivery

This is my first experience with Nykaa, and its horrible!!!
I ordered sunscreen back on 08.02.2017 and Nykaa promised to deliver the same within 5 days. Today is 15.02.2017 and neither did I receive my item, nor can I track the order (last updated on 09.02.2017 on app).
Another issue is that I ordered 88ml, and the update (whatever they are showing) is based on 30ml. The order is a pre-paid one.
