Online order cancelled without intimation and no refund received

Missing item and no response from the cc team!!!

I recently ordered two products from nykaa.com but revieved just one!! The payment method was cod so i paid the amount for both the products but after opening my package just got one of them!! I wrote twice to their cc team and complained about the missing product but recieved no reply!! It's been about a week since i have written to them but have not yet heard anythng!! I am so dissappointed with their customer service....

Poor Exchange service

Partial delivery and no answer to mails

Damaged nailpolish

Product not received even after a month

Nobody is available on their helpline number and nobody reverts back to the emails. The payment is already made online. They are such frauds. Complaint on the order placed with Nykaa
