received duplicate product

I ordered 10 products from nykaa (Order #[protected] of which 5 of the products were duplicate. Good for nothing i had to throw them in the dust bin. Very disappointed with their products. I ll never buy any product from nykaa nor will recommend this to anybody. Horrible company.in the name of discount they are just cheating their customers. The product was delivered to me today when i saw the product it was unsealed and looked used
I want it to be replaced
I have never had a bad experience with nykaa
But this time i'm totally disappointed

nykaa products broken seal/no original seal

I ordered 07 products from nykaa online shopping with the order no.[protected]. Out of 07 products ordered, only one had an original seal on it. Rest, 06 of the products did not have any of the seals neither the original nor a sellotape on them. One of the product's original seal was broken and was half empty! There was no proper packaging on each products as such, all of them were rolled inside a bubble plastic and was placed inside a carton....

rude and stupid behaviour of delivery boy

I got a message from aramex courier service that my order is out for delivery on 29/7/17 and after that i waited for the call of delivery boy but he didn't call me at all on 29/7/28. Even on 30/7/17 and 31/7/17. He called me on 1/8/17 at 5:10 in the evening and at that time i am in an argument in court as i am an advocate i switched off my phone. eucalyptus nyx lipstick I bought on nykaa was a damaged product

I bought the eucalyptus nyx lipstick from nykaa and it was delivered on the 28th of july. On opening the parcel i found the lipstick to be damaged. I immediately took a snap of it and sent it to nykaa asking them to take the product back and deliver me a new product. I got a reply saying that they will contact me in the next 24 hours. I have had no phone call from them and it looks like i will not be getting a replacement. This is not fair...

Nykaa: Delay in the shipment of Order # 501124087

Wrong products sent and now nykaa people doesn't respond for refund.

I have duped by sending wrong products. I filled a complaint, but 20 times i was asked my order number, and don't know how many times the refund ticket was generated.
On mail, they claim they sent the wrong product as the product was not available, and now failing to respond, blocking me on twitter, instagram and even not responding to nykaa.com website.
Now approaching consumer forum for sorting out this issue....

Lakme absolute mattreal mousse foundation

The product i got from nykaa is bit different from the original product i bought in the market... The cap of mousse is found to be copper color but the one im having is wit the silvery color.. From 21/05/17 i'm just been told the delivery will be done asap. Also people like zeenat shaikh & sharauf khan are the one who are very good in irritating the customers more by sending the same response again and again without checking what the customer is asking...
