Today I am complaining about nykaa 's customer care services.I have called today at least 35 to 40 times and whenever I call customer care service, computarised voice says that executives are busy..They are not responding. It was a prepaid order.Today is 17th December and I didn't get my products. ..There are only one customer care No and it seems to be always busy..I just want to get my order.They are always saying that order will dispatch..but in the end of the day they are not doing anything.I am totally hopeless about this . Item missing and gift coupon was not valid

We have placed an order dated 13.10.2016 order no is[protected] worth of Rs.900k+ In that one item Rs.150 has not been delivered they have missed it elsewhere.
when we called the customer care they said they will send on coupon which will be expired dec 31st..From that day we have trying to use that coupon but its showing this message
Coupon code is not valid.
When sending mail to them we are getting the ticket id number...

No delivery on placing an order

I ordered product from nykaa.com on 6th december and they promised it be delivered within 4-5days but there is no update from them yet. And whenever i call customer care number it is always busy and contacted them via social media. They just respond saying it will be delivere but no tentative date of delivery. Please help. They make fake promises of fast delivery and once we pay online and place an order then over you...

Didn't get all items in order delivery. some were missing.

I have ordered 2 items from Nykaa.com. I just received one item and i paid for both items. Nykaa site shows both items are delivered, but it was not actually.
I tried to call customer support, they are always busy. I have dropped coulpe of emails to customer support, but didn't get any call back or email back.

They are simply cheating customers....

Not received refund amount after cancellation of my products

I ordered two maybelline lipsticks and one faces lipsticks from Nykaa.
The two out of three products are damaged.
Also they don't look original.
They look totally fake.
I mailed them thrice but haven't got any response.
I spent Rs 1000 on these products and I was cheated.
I feel it's a fake company.

I will never recommend anyone to buy products from Nykaa.
I will try my level...

So total amonut after discount should be :rs1154
2000 redeem points i.e. - rs 20
So amount to be paid is rs 1134

Lakme silk eyeliner blue and elle 18 lipstick

I was suggested by my friend to try nykaa.com as it provides wide range of beauty products. My first experience with nykaa will make me think twice before ordering. The eyeliner couldnt be rolled down back it is damaged. Also the price of elle 18 lipstick is inr120 mentioned clearly on the product yet i was charged 135! I am afraid of trusting nykaa again. Nyaa has given damaged item and not giving the return money

One month back I bought an item which was damaged. Nykaa took 2 weeks to take the item back, and I had to literally call each day requesting same.
Now, it's been 20 days I haven't received my payment back!

Defective and damaged product delivered... And poor customer service
